Stay was okay but I didn’t like several things. Room painting and carpet were look old. There was a new homeless person everyday in the entrance street. And they charged me 81usd for accidentals and haven’t got those back

Many empty alcohol containers around the property. People sleeping in a dilapidated minivan in the parking lot. Front desk cabinet doors hanging skew on their hinges. Sketchy individuals in the parking lot. The location gives a strong presence of being unsafe. Other patrons sharing similar thoughts.

The staff at front desk were friendly, but the second night the outside street was very noisy from one to two in the morning. The neighbors were also noisy on both nights. For $500 for two nights, the experience could have been better.

The room was average, not dirty. Did not get the room I reserved and paid for ahead of time. I was told the room I reserved was sold old. The outside seemed a bit unsafe.

I liked how there’s close by fast food options , there’s a market across the street with a taco spot and dollar tree. Gas station near by as well. Just a lot of “random” people near by , rooms are decent our shower curtain was kinda stain.

So my stay was horrible..check was good but the rooms fails to meet cleanliness..went to bed tired,tossed and turned all nigh.Upon waking you my hole upper body was covered in a rash from bed bugs to not changing out the sheets..I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn!!!

Paying a little extra for the premium room was definitely worth it in m opinion. They could use a 2nd luggage cart. A guest decided to keep the only luggage cart in their room for 24 hours. Very inconsiderate.

I like the room, it was very nicely cleaned and spacious. The beds were comfortable and beddings were nicely arranged. Overall, I was impressed with my room. The downside was the halls and lobby were dingy and showed sign of wear n' tear. What was a turn off was the homeless people hanging around the lobby and within the premises of the hotel, in fact there were tents set up just across the street and in the morning, they were coming to the hotel probably to eat and wash up. This was a turn off for me.

I booked this hotel for my son and upon arrival he stated he couldn’t pay for the deposit with a prepaid card. I arrived and held the deposit with my Chase card. He checked out a few days ago and I was expecting my deposit to be returned to my card. However, the transaction cleared so I called the front desk and the lady stated that they released the deposit on the check out date and to call my bank. I called my bank and lo and behold the claims department stated no the funds have been released to someone just not back to your account. Very Sketchy and Shady ! I’m still filing my claim so I will get to the bottom of this.

Reserve este cuarto para mi prima que se quedó sin lugar donde estar la noche de año nuevo con una bebe y dormiría en la calle, el personal de el hotel no le permitió hacer check in por no tener tarjeta para pagar el depósito aun cuando yo ofrecí a pagar con mi tarjeta por teléfono o ella pagaría el depósito Cash ( el cuarto si lo pague por la aplicación) y aun no me regresan el dinero, eso sin contar que mi prima no habla inglés y el personal se porto racista

The property said i did not have a reservation. And because i only had an itinerary # not a confirmation. I drove 6 hrs, to a hotel i didn't have a room. Amd have to pay another 175 out of pocket. When i already paid $93 through expedia.

I couldn't check in at the hotel because the representative wasn't feeling well, I think he was under the effect of some medication and he couldn't catch me, so I had to leave without being able to use the room.
