Far from my business location but worth it

Pros: Business in town
Cons: Hair dryer was terrible as they are in most hotels for some reason. The towel rack feel on the floor when I reach for a towel and a couple of lights.
Beautiful hotel - very comfortable - don't like to have to pay for wifi even if my company is paying.

Nice hotel, close to stadium

The hotel itself was nice, bed was comfortable. We had issues at check in, the staff blamed our use of Expedia for not being able to give us a room with 2 beds even though we had four people and chose two double beds through the site. It was actually the manager that told me it was basically my fault, at which point I decided to take my money elsewhere, while on the phone with Expedia trying to cancel and explaining how bad the service was, the manager came back and changed his tune. He said he re-scanned the hotel and moved a couple into our available "King" room while giving us the two double beds. The room itself was nice, but was right next to the elevators, which you could hear all night long. We didn't have much choice at that time and just stayed but it was loud and unpleasant much of the night. I would recommend the hotel if you're not stuck in the same situation or similar room, but our advice from the manager was "use Expedia for the lower rate, and then call to confirm the available room type before booking so you can get the proper room requested" - whatever!

Excellent hotel close to Tanger Outlets

Loved how close this hotel was to the university of Phoenix stadium so we could walk to the Cardinals game. With the westgate entertainment area and Tanger Outlets right beside the hotel we had lots to do during our stay!

One Night For The Football Game

What a great experience. Everybody we dealt with was very nice. Very smooth valet, check in process. The hotel is very nice and clean. Close to the stadium and all the entertainment in Westgate. The room service breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Hotel stay.

When I arrived, there was a spill in the elevator that was there the following day. In my room, there were signs of carpet deterioration near the exterior window and the refrigerator would not cool my drinks. Other than that, a beautiful hotel perfectly located for my business meetings.

Pros: Loved it, beautiful hotel, convenient location, good shopping and food/drink options nearby.
Cons: Beds/mattresses could be softer--possibly a personal preference :) LOVED it overall!!!

Great location, large & comfy room

Pros: The availability of Jacuzzi tubs in the room. The king size bed. The space.
Cons: The service of the staff. The inconvenience of the room key not working to enter the garage.
Location: The location is perfect for shopping and dining.
My stay was just one night for my birthday, to get away from the kids! This hotel was chosen out of many because of the Jacuzzi tub availability. Out of the 6 jets in the tub, only 2 of them worked. Your room key is to be used for garage entry but ours didn't work & we needed valet to open the gate for us. Clerks error. When we got our key corrected, we told the clerk about the tub, he offered nothing. The king size bed was uber-comfy. The room was large and had more than enough room for all our things, and then some! The temperature of the room was perfect. The view overlooked West Gate & Tanger Outlets, and the landscape of the outer city- beautiful. The temperature on the elevator and exiting the elevator on our floor was oddly warm. Although there are signs on the front desk (that we didn't see honestly), the clerk and the website didn't mention the cost of incidentals, and there is a hotel fee as well. They slipped the bill under our door before check out, which was unusual. Upon checkout, we told the clerk about the jets not working in the tub, she said they were all just inspected and repaired and apologized and was nice enough to credit my account the hotel fee- great customer service Corissa (you should share your service skills with your colleagues).

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: The room was amazing and the pool was amazing
Location: There is shopping at the outlet stores and Westgate is always jumping at night and you can walk from the hotel
Beautiful hotel close to everything. The front desk lady she was an older blonde could of been nicer she was kinda rude, but everyone else was amazing. Was suppose to get my internet free being a member rewards customer and they charged for that.

Renaissance Glendale,poor showing.

I found that for a beautiful hotel it has poor facilities. We arrived late, hungry,after a delayed flight. No room service available also no unlimited free round the clock coffee. Coffee was available in the room with one tiny creamer provided per cup. Every tiny detail was charged individually! Along with no free coffee station downstairs,there was not even a limited free breakfast. We were also charged for bottled water in the room. I would have been happy to pay more per night to avoid the nickle and diming for every little nicety. Surprisingly, there was also No mini bar in the room.
