This is a pleasant and convenient way to visit Phoenix with great amenities within close proximity to everything. We'll return often and we're frequent guests at this hotel.

Nice hotel

It was a great deal and very nice hotel. We stayed for a soccer tournament and it was close to the fields stores and food. The staff was very friendly we were able to check in early since our flight was in the morning.

Quiet area but near shopping and conference.

Pros: Cleanliness, room, breakfast, staff
Cons: Didn't enjoy the dog at breakfast, dogs in the lobby, dogs coming out of a room next to us, dog stuff near the entrance. Dogs should stay at home!
Location: Near the Marketplace where there were great restaurants and went to a movie.
Staff very personable, breakfast superb, room very quiet and luxurious, pool nice and warm.

Wish I coukd have stayed longer

The room was amazing, spacial and flowed well. Very convenient location to conference. Great amenities with exception of dining....wish there was more options. Workout room needs little updating.

One day the room was never cleaned until we called the front desk and complained. Even then it was only new towels brought and some of the sheets changed; didn't even empty the trash. The "view" out both windows was the air conditioners on the roof. "King" bed was not as advertised, much smaller that what it should have been. Overall, the room was a disappointment and not what I was expecting for an fairly expensive hotel room.

Great experience

I am from california and this hotel was perfect for us being that it is right next to the Mayo clinic. We went for the weekend to see a cousin that was hospitalized there,.so it was a perfect stay for us. Hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and staff was very nice. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Nice place, great amenities

Comfortable and friendly staff. Only problem is the room was clean at first glance but noticed some problems (fpod behind the night stand)

New Years Eve room

We wanted a room close to the Blue Martini for New Years Eve. Location was good, but check in was interesting. 1st room we werengiven wasn't cleaned. Was told the staff was let go early to go out that evening. The 2nd was clean, but discovered afterwe got kinda were settled in the light didn't work in the bathroom. One would figure the room service person wouldve have that fixed since you need light to clean. Now to pay 200 a night for a room I was a bit disappointed with those items

very convenient; a little hard to find

We had three problems with the room -- your future room will probably be different, but: 1) the stove was very slow -- it took forever to boil water on the burners. We used the coffee maker to boil the water, then complete the cooking on the stove; 2) the fridge was making a lot of noise, and smelling of smoke -- they gave us a new fridge; and 3)the morning of our last day, we discovered there was no water, it seems the lack was in the whole hotel. They did their best, and handed out bottled water.
