Great value! Great location! Great quality!

Posted Feb 7, 2016
Pros: Bath area and location
Location: Right in the middle of Paradise Valley and adjacent to the premier Scottsdale area with restaurants ranging from very high end to affordably desirable
We had lived in Paradise Valley near this resort for 15 years and were returning for a visit after 8 years away. We were pleased with the quality of the room, especially the bath area which is large and appears to be newly redone with huge granite shower, double sink vanity area, and beautiful cabinetry.

Pleasant Stay....

Posted Feb 4, 2016
Pros: Clean, quiet and very comfortable
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Location: Plenty
This is an excellent hotel located conveniently on Scottsdale Road between downtown Scottsdale and N Scottsdale. It is a very large complex with lots of amenities. The room was spotless, large, and very pleasant. The shower looked like it was recently renovated with beautiful marble and fixtures. Towels and linens were absolutely fresh and very very clean smelling. Linens on the bed and the bed comfort itself was excellent. My only caveat which is true for many hotels is that the quoted rate is often NOT the actual rate you pay. This resort charges a $20 resort fee. My total one night stay even though quoted at a based of $167 actually came out to a total of $204.

Conveniently located to downtown Scottsdale.

Posted Jan 26, 2016
Pros: The staff were very friendly and skilled at providing the best experience for the guests possible.
Location: Close to shopping in Old Towne Scottsdale, several newer and exclusive shopping, some very nice local golf courses, evening entertainment and clubs.
Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. Close to shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions, and casino gaming. The upgrade from Expedia from a room to a suite for being a gold member was also very nice.

Old and noisy

Posted Jan 23, 2016
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. While our room had been recently remodeled it was still an old hotel. The walls were paper thin allowing you to here every noise and conversation from adjoining rooms. Heating and air conditioning was an old, noisy wall mount unit similar to something you would see in a motel 6. Loud music from the bar, which was a couple hundred yards away kept us awake on a Thursday night. We could hear every word of the lyrics as if we were in the bar. I will definitely stay at the Boulders next time.
