My two complaints are the marketing of their vacation club as soon as you walk through the door and the $88 dollars I was charged that I was told nothing about when I booked the room or when I checked in. The positives are location to restaurants and walkability to the Waste Management Open.

1. Very long wait for hot water. I timed it once at 5 minutes to start to warm and 6 minutes to hot. The building has no hot water loops installed. 2. We do not like being asked to take a time share talks. 3. We were shocked to be charged over $200 USD resort fees.... Gotta read the fine print folks. We were surprised a respected chain like Hilton (and Expedia) would be into a scheme of extra charges. I believe this is not legal in many countries, such as the EU. All charges should be included when you click "Reserve or Pay"

Room had no door sweep & seal to keep outside air other outside dust or bugs out & dead bolt on door did not work Room was not cleaned Faucets & sinks were filthy table in room was filthy floors were sticky & can be heard when walked on Overall outside of facility was not well maintained or up kept staff is always parked in street on carts in road talking & leaving their storage room doors open when guests are coming in or around stairs leading to rooms Pools water is always cloudy & crack in foundation noticed in back right corner near hot tub

We only spent a night, but our room was very roomy and had everything you could want if you were staying for a long weekend. Full Kitchen, Living Room area lockout from the next room for guests.

WARNING THEY TRYING TO SELL TIMESHARE. Also The room numbers are not marked well they just list on the side of the building like 123-323 but they don't say the letters. We spent 30mins looking for room 323M bc when we walked up to the building the doors say 323P. Told the front desk we couldn't find our room and they were no help. Turns out the next door over further in are the M rooms. So when you walk up to the building its 123P then 123M on left side and 124P and 124M on right side.

We were met with rudeness and contempt the minute we walked in. Both myself and the friends I was with were told that we did not have reservations and that our ride shouldn’t leave because there probably wasn’t rooms for us. I showed them my email confirmation and only after that did they start to lose the attitude towards me. The room itself was excellent and very clean. I would stay again.
