This property was clean and easy for us to get to for the purpose of our trip. It was quiet and reasonably priced. The majority of the staff was very kind. The staff who checked us in was rude but otherwise the rest of them were great. We would stay here again if we needed to return to the area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Our room was clean and the hotel was clean as well. They offered free hot breakfast which included items like sausages, eggs, waffles, bagels, toast, coffee, juice and much more. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Room was clean but oddly arranged. TV stand positioned in middle of room making it difficult to watch from the bed. Most of the staff was friendly. Not in a great location in terms of accessibility to dining or entertainment if you are like us and used Lyft or Uber instead of renting a car.

The staff was wonderful. The carpet aged and could be dangerous on some edges if people did not pick up their feet. No light in hot tub area at 9 pm. The light that was there was from surrounding area outside hotel. Found that a little strange.

My only complaints are as follows: 1. Hot tub ice cold1/20/24. I informed the front desk and they immediately put in a repair request. BUT, it was one of the main reasons I booked my stay. 2. The bed was painful. It was obvious old and worn. It sagged in the middle and offered almost no padding or comfort. Time for the mattresses to be replaced! 3. Shower heads need to have calcium removed. Pluses: 1. The staff! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They gave me the quietest room they could, as was requested. The tattooed male housekeeper was excellent too. 2. Clean. 3. Sofa was comfortable. 4. Excellent coffee in the room.

Weird room layout
The layout of the room is terrible. There is only one TV and it is situated halfway between the bedroom and the kitchen/living area. It's impossible to watch TV from the bed comfortably. Also, the sink smelled. Otherwise, it was pretty average.

I booked 2 bed room standard room but was given accesible room. When questioned i was told they didnt have any non accesible available. I explained that I had made a reservation and was told that didnt matter, they had none. She offered to give me $50 off then said I booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) so she would not. I pre paid so I dont know why I could not get what I booked. The shower was too low being accessible. No counter space in bathroom. Rooms dated and walls very thin. Breakfast ok but no fruit and nothing gluten free. Waffle maker was broke. Maid service didnt come during stay. Had to take out trash and ask for towels. Have stayed in many Springhill Suites that were amazing. This one not at all.

Nice big room, couch had a trundle not a sofa bed, needs 2nd tv for the couch area, ran out of breakfast at 930am when it stops at 10am, bathroom was large, had 2 sinks and fridge, fitness room was tiny and needs more equipment

I have stayed here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. This time i was a bit annoyed when the maid just let herself into my room even though the do not disturb sign was there. Apart from that we had a good time amd they let me have a late checkout which is always appreciated.

I was told there would be a $3.00 per night parking fee. She wanted to put it on my credit card, but I wanted to pay cash. I mentioned that this was not on their website, so she waived the fee. Signs are posted around the property. "Park at Your Own Risk." I'm not sure what the fee was being utilized. She gave me two room keys. I told her I only needed one. She advised they de-magnetize easily. By the time I got to me room neither card worked, so I had to make a trip back to the counter.

No working equipment in gym!
The workout room is a joke. There is 1 ellipical and it's broken, there are 2 treadmills, one is broken, the other makes weird sounds when in use. There is no circulation in the room and it's tiny so it's easy to overheat. I had a king suite and there was blood on my sheets, a bug in the shower and a bad smell in the bathroom. We switched rooms, and it was much better! The pool is small and the staff couldn't keep up with the breakfast food. The staff was great, kind and helpful, but the overall hotel was terrible.

Staff were welcoming and attentive with every request asked was received with enthusiasm ! The room itself was clean but the elevator, floor and other common area was dirty and filthy. Only couple large and medium towels in the room.
