I went off the pictures of the hotel to pick this hotel. It does look nice however once entering the hallway and the room, I could tell it is very old. There is updates to the room, like the sink mirror the shower and they had full size shampoo conditioner and body wash. But the toilet was not good and the toilet seat was flimsy and moved around when sat on. The beds were sunk in and squeeked. The air and heater worked great through. The room was spacious and had everything you would need. Just too expensive for the quality of the hotel. And there is a parking fee.

Hallways and rooms were very smokey with tons of dust. Breakfast was very confined with the sausage raw in the warmer. Not many options. Only had Breakfast 1 of 3 days.

You have to pay for parking? They clean the rooms every other day!! Charge for “pet cleaning fee” if the dog goes outside to do everything!!

great but under construction
Great check in and room was clean. There didn't feel like there was enough light overhead of the office desk in the king size room I was in. Also when I was in the shower, the water pressure suddenly diminished and turned ice cold before I was able to finish the shower. Breakfast looked wonderful and it was nice to have hot tea and coffee available throughout the day. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Entire stay was great, staff are very professional, pleasant, and helpful. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT WITH MANY CHOICES. Hotel is extremely clean and updated. The great bonus is it is PET FRIENDLY, WOULD CERTAINLY STAY AGAIN.

I have no complaints on this property other than the pillows could have been bigger lol. Not a deal breaker at all since everything else was great! Side note, property is pet friendly but the site says fee of 5 dollars. When I got to property it was 50.

Breakfast option was good. Outdoor heated pool was nice especially for people coming to Arizona in the winter time. Rooms were okay. Noticed a few dirty areas. What was disappointing was that the cleaning staff did not clean the room on a daily basis or even every second day. I do understand that after Covid, things have changed but I felt misleads by the staff telling me that the rooms were to be clean every other day and when asked again on how often they cleaned the rooms, I was getting different information. Staff were friendly however it would be nice to get a clear answer so I could make any requests going forward. I don’t believe the hotel site and or any 3rd party travel sites indicate how often they clean rooms, but it would be a good reference for people to know before finalizing their travel plans. Good location to shopping facilities, next to Arizona Mills shopping center.

Everything was fine except that I wasn’t told that I had to pay for parking. I don’t mind but it would be good to know because I was trying to figure out what I purchased that was extra. Aside from that; all was good. Comfortable beds and good hot coffee in the morning.

There was nothing wrong with the property. That was all fine. The ONLY reason I had booked this room was for a very early shuttle to the Mesa-Gateway Airport. THE ONLY REASON!! At the time of the booking (5 months prior) I had talked to their customer service and explained that I NEEDED a shuttle for my 2 daughters and 2 grand-children (8yrs and 7months) at 4:30am. I as told that would be no problem and was assured it would be available. I was adament about this.Upon arriving the lady at the front desk told me that their shuttle services had been done away with several months ago. WHAT!!!! Not even a message was sent to me. Nothing!! This was the ONLY reason for the stay there. Mad was not a word that would describe my total frustration. Will never stay with this company again.

Unfortunately too many things were not working. Our TV didn't work, the lights in the bedroom didn't work, etc. The staff fixed them, but it just seemed run down, in general. The breakfast was decent, but this hotel could definitely use some renovating.
