This hotel is an oasis in the middle of a fun, vibrant, lively city encompassing the ASU campus. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We had a patio room that opened onto the pool area with two hot tubs, which was sparkling clean and calm. The staff were exceptional, including Otto, who pointed us to the best local breakfast spot, advised us on our daytrip to Sedona, and greeted us every day with a smile. I know I sound like a paid review but I promise you I am not - I just appreciate good service and this hotel was a delight. We came to Tempe for a 4-day quick retreat, and we felt like we were at a resort. I can't say enough good things about this hotel!

This was my second stay at Tempe Mission Palms. I would absolutely stay again. The only issue I had was the noise from the courtyard late at night. But I think this was a one time thing as I did not experience previously. Great GYM!

Enjoyed our stay, convenient location, near Skyharbor, good staff. AC blower was an issue, very loud and squeaky, disruptive to good sleep, set on auto and it cycled every 5 minutes, set it on constant and it squeaked constantly. Otherwise all good!

Only complaint is that the hot water was not hot , warm is best it got for the 2 days I was there . I like hot showers and baths so that was disappointing ... beautiful grounds and architecture tho

This property is amazing from it's layout to it's easy access to the downtown shopping and dining experience. I also ordered riom service and the dood was fresh and made to order. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Arizona. Oh and it was very accessible to all major highways.

This hotel and its employees are fantastic! My daughter and I had to stay here after a surgery. Everybody was so helpful, accommodating and friendly! Plus the grounds are newer than most places in Tempe and extremely clean! Not to mention, there is so much that you can walk to. I highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel was very clean, pool hours and the fact that it was a heated pool was great! The room was always spotless when we got back into it, the customer service was fantastic !! Location, location, location! I would definitely stay here again !

The Tempe Mission Palms was a great place to stay. Clean and close to so many great Bars and restaurants. Our first night was a bit noisey from some rowdy people on our floor yelling amd slamming doors. But outside of that the rest of the time was great. The pool was nice and relaxing. Highly recommend using the Valet parking and save yourself the hassle of finding a parking spot.

If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel. It is on the flight path of busy Phoenix airport. Planes take off all day all night including 3-4 AM. The heated pool is not quite heated. Hottubs are nice. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff are very friendly except the egg station lady…she scares me.

The staff was unbelievably helpful and attentive. The hotel is older with staff that have worked their a longtime which is always a great sign. The hotel smells so nice when you walk in and i loved the courtyard with all the orange trees. Our room had a courtyard view and you can open the door to look out or for fresh air which was great with the cool mornings and evenings. The pool and fitness center are on the second floor and there is a bar you can order drinks and food from that they will deliver wherever you're sitting at the pool. They also have two hot tubs. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
