We almost hate to review the great places we stay because it becomes more difficult to rent them in the future. First the hosts are great, made us feel very welcome!!! The house is very clean, quiet, and very nicely decorated. We felt "safe, like being at home".
The park is right at the end of the block, convenience store at the corner; a small walk, so let's walk through. New tile floors, kitchen remodel that boasts roomy drawers with twin opposing corner cabinets, all filled with more than most people will ever use or need.
It's a nice U shaped kitchen, ideal for cooking, that ends in a nicely sized breakfast bar at the end. The oven works very well, took almost no time to reach temperature and held it well, nice element free cook top on the stove, and a very nice Microwave above it. All utensils, glasses, cups, plates, T-Fal pans, baking dishes, and more.
The living room has a very nice television complete with sound system, all the "smart tv" features, free Amazon prime as well; very comfy chair with ottoman, nice wicker rocking chair, and comfy couch.
In the hall closet you will find many books for about every taste.
Hall bathroom is double sink, it was very clean, tub/shower. Next down the hall is the perfect room for your child or children, twin beds, tv, ample space in the closet. Next Bedroom on the right is guest room very nicely decorated, nice queen bed extra pillow linens, and towel storage at the end of the hall. Master bedroom nice comfy queen bed, bathroom/shower, extra linens pillows, multi bay usb chargers, ceiling fans in every room. The garage floor has a nice floor coating on it, makes it feel more like another room. Has a TV in it as well, had to hang out and watch some golf on it. 4 bicycles, w/helmets and 2 pumps. Perfect area to ride, you can't beat that location if you like riding a bike. Back patio has a nice table for 4 and two other separate chairs with a small table, ceiling fans and recessed lighting. The backyard is large, and well landscaped, we enjoyed watching the birds. The grill works without issue, spare propane, we cooked some beer sausages on it. Two reclined chairs are located facing west, trees keep the sun to a minimum in the pm so we found it nice. Grass yard, so if you have a four legged family member they will love it. It is very well maintained.
The laundry boasts two new Maytag washer and dryers, plus detergent fabric softener...etc. You can't go wrong here!
