Rooms old, tired looking, grille was horrible very limited menu, very poor service. When booking should be a disclaimer on dining especially no help on Xmas day or eve, one waiter trying to service a roomful of guests. Also, when calling the Julique Spa and they left for day and u call concierge he says they r in and connects u back to spa. When Spa is closed front desk should know daily. Hot tub water not hot enough especially for chilly weather. Will look around for lodging before going back.
