Not good if you need to work

Overall beautiful resort but the internet was a failure. After 45 mins with help desk they never could get my wifi service functioning. I was in town for work and it limited my ability to catch up. For the cost of the resort fee to have that never work, it was a disappointment.

Only a Cover

Pros: The grounds were pretty.
Cons: The hotel was almost empty when we stayed there so the number of staff was limited.
Location: Lots to do in the area.
The Scott looks nice on the outside but is disappointing when it comes to the details. The fee for the rooms do not cover the lack of details delivered by the employees. Friendliness, training and communication could be improved. The property lived up to the photos.

Good location old hallways

Pros: Service, beds, food
Cons: carpets and condition of hallways/doors
Location: Go hiking!, Golf, hot yoga lots of outdoor stuff.
The lobby is beautiful the spa is nice as is the restaurant. Nearly everything is perfect until you walk to the rooms. The hallways for the buildings smell, and the doors are in rough shape. Service was excellent, room service was used and was fast. Water was over priced but that is expected. The beds were super comfy like creepy comfy. Rooms were decent power plugs built into furniture took awhile to realize it. Carpet looks a bit dated.

Very nice resort

Pros: Clean and friendly
Cons: They need to update the bed mattresses, not good!!!
Great Place, beautiful grounds. The pool area was amazing.

Very nice hotel

The staff was so helpful, provided me with an extra charger for my phone, always available and eager to help, free shuttle service for any location within 3 miles radius, excellent restaurant in the hotel, excellent spa.

Rooms old, tired looking, grille was horrible very limited menu, very poor service. When booking should be a disclaimer on dining especially no help on Xmas day or eve, one waiter trying to service a roomful of guests. Also, when calling the Julique Spa and they left for day and u call concierge he says they r in and connects u back to spa. When Spa is closed front desk should know daily. Hot tub water not hot enough especially for chilly weather. Will look around for lodging before going back.

Christmas Vaca

Had a great stay and my fur babies enjoyed the grounds as well. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Coffee could have been warmer but for the most part very satisfied with the location and service.

Bad rooms hidden fees

The facilities and staff were great, but the rooms were not. Absolutely no insulation, so you could hear every little noise in and outside the building. Sheets were scratchy, the tv remote didn't work, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Worst of all after paying for the room through Expedia, we were charged another $30 a night for a hidden "resort fee".

Very nice resort

Resort is very nice ( except no fire pits) rooms are very outdated , they are renovating so hopefully this area is looked at. Carpets in hallways should be ripped out and in rooms. Restraunt was good food. Need more variety and better prices would attract more guests. Resort is quiet and nice pools
