Very classy hotel.

Pros: Hotel Grounds, view from the room.
Location: near mall, pools, golf course
This was a very nice hotel. Lots of character. The room was very spacious, had a great view of the golf course, and the bathroom was large. The hotel grounds were very nice to walk around. It was very soothing to stay there.

We have stayed here before. Nice area, quiet. Stayed in a Stillman king. Room was very worn and not very clean. otherwise nice facilities.

We had an event here, so we stayed on location..

It took multiple phone calls to get 2 rooms adjoined to accommodate my family. We received different answers or promised from each phone call, so communication between staff can be greatly improved to avoid guest confusion upon arrival. The front desk employee said we'd be in our room by 2pm since our event started at 3 (giving us time to prepare for the event). We arrived in our room at 4:30 pm, and it was the Presidential suite, which was very expensive, so you think it would have been considered a priority. The room had a very unpleasing smell to it, even after daily cleaning. we ran our of toilet paper after 2 hours of being there.

Relaxing place to stay

Nice hotel, everyone I dealt with on the staff was really friendly and very helpful. Liked the decor in the room, appropriate southwest style, furniture seened authentic rather than stock hotel furnishings. Only drawbacks, wish they would have more literature on things available nearby, and better breakfast choices - whole fruit, sweet rolls and coffee/espresso were the only things available at their bar and it wasn't well staffed - inferred that the expectation was that you had a car and could drive someplace else to get breakfast (I stayed mid-week, they apparently have brunch on weekends). Liked that they had bikes available to borrow, and a shuttle to visit places nearby, although that had limited availability. Nice property, peaceful.

Fantastic hotel on beautiful grounds. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The staff is polite and extremely attentive. I look forward to many more nights at this resort.

Excelente campo de golf muy bonito lugar en general alberca increible centros comerciales a la distancia adecuada muy buenos restaurants cerca todo muy bien

Great location. The hotel had been partially remodeled, since the last time we stayed at this resort. Staff was nice and helpful. Some additional amenities, close to the golf course. Buffet breakfast was nice and had good options. We would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful except the bed. Far too much bleaching on sheets. The smell of bleach and rough feel was not good.
