Bed is decieving Better than it looks

Pros: Washers lock for full cycle. People cannot steal your cloths as easy here. Washer and dryers take credit cards. No lock on dryers.
Location: Traffic patterens are a bit tricky. Allow a few minutes extra to learn the way to get in and out of the property.
I thought I would toss and turn and be uncomfortable with one look and sitting on the bed. It is actually not so bad of a bed. I rested ok on it. Then again each day I was exhasted from work. Ask if your getting a smoking floor before signing or paying any money. I stayed here for 9 days, was stuck on the fourth floor with smokers. Wish they would of warned me before taking my money.

This location is not the best area, walking to exercise is not my recommendation. The facility is well maintained, close to freeway, shopping, restaurants, and close enough to downtown,

Hotel conveniently close to highway

Very close to Dunlap exit on I 17, so a lot of traffic noise. Nothing in easy walking distance except an Irish pub, that you must cross an extremely busy street to get to. Vending machines & laundry on ground floor. Room not cleaned well - found some small pieces of garbage on floor under bed from previous tenant (empty cigarette package - in a non-smoking room! ) Alarm clock had a frayed power cord that we turned in & wasn't replaced during stay; tv stopped working (last day, thank goodness). No maid service unless paid for, but there was a linen exchange (towels, sheets, etc.) Front desk staffing only certain times of the day, otherwise only reached by phone, so be aware that if you need to run laundry early or late , you should have quarters available - no change machine. Uncertain about use of credit /debit cards for washer / dryers, which appeared to have that function.

Expected more.

Pros: Could be cleaner.
Cons: Treat customers like adults.
Location: All of the best eating places was within a mile.
My expectation was base on other extended stay. When I arrive, I was read a list of do's and don'ts. Order wifi not turned on, she blamed my iPad. Wifi was on the evening of second day.

Dirty more like a boarding room not a hotel kitchen not stocked you take out your own garbage and pay extra to have clean towels !! I would never stay there again.

Not a good time

This place was noisy inside and outside. It's located right next to the freeway and even though the windows were shut the noise came in as if they were open. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The 2nd day I was there the guy next door beat up the female that was with him. I was only here because I needed somewhere to stay until I found an apartment. Thank God I was only here for a week.

Pensamos que seria diferente pero cobran extra por todo!!! Elegimos este hotel porque contaba con cocineta pero no facilitan nada para usarla, no hay internet gratuito

Value Place is great if you are staying in the area for a long period of time. The rooms are like studio apartments. There is a full refrigerator / freezer, full sink and a small electric stove in the room. Instead of having to eat out for every meal, you can buy groceries and cook your own food. Also, there is a laundry facility on site so you can do your own laundry should the need arise. Many amenities that would normally be included at other hotels are not included in you stay, but you can purchase any and all of them. I prefer it that way. You only pay for what you need!!!!

Pros: location, had refrigerator and microwave.
Location: updating and curtains for better privacy especially with being on first floor.
No curtains on windows, Hotel was more of an extended-stay hotel, so no "hotel" services. Hotel was in great location for what I needed on this trip but expedia description of hotel didn't really describe hotel well.
