The unit was very unclean and run down. Most staff were very nice with exception of one of the front desk staff was very cranky😔. We stayed here in the past and were very disappointed, especially paying over $300 US a night!!!

Absolutely disappointing room. I had to call expedia to get an urgent refund and find a replacement room for the night. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos !! It seriously looked like a nursing home room

West gate is a nice property that has been updated. Our villa was one bedroom with a living room, kitchen and large bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Fold out couch was okay. Walls thin - we could hear our neighbors very clearly. No streaming platforms on the tv and a limited selection of movie dvds in the lobby to check out. We did check out trivia game. Villa and grounds were very clean. We loved the hot tub and the pool. Played shuffleboard - fun! Convenient location in Mesa. Some desk clerks were friendly, others were not during our three day stay.

We have been to this property a few times in the past and had enjoyed it so decided to bring our grandchildren this time. We are very disappointed in the condition of the room and some of the furnishings as well as it is not clean.

The room I stayed in was remodeled n was great. Small but nice. Front desk people were super helpful and friendly however the policies are dumb and don’t make any sense. I didn’t even stay the night n left that night n they couldn’t issue any form of a refund. The neighbors around me were all noisy and seemed like they were all getting mad at each other for being noisy and calling and knocking throughout the night. I was traveling alone so I didn’t feel comfortable answering the door or phone but could only assume it was my neighbors cause I could hear their phones ringing as well thru the walls
