Nice hotel close to Mesa and Park Model "camps".

Pros: Location & price. Very accommodating to handicapped guests.
Cons: Bathroom tile floors need attention
Location: Right by Painted Mountain Golf and it is in great shape and a nice course. Also the restaurant gives 20% off to guests at the hotel.
Very friendly staff. Hotel is showing some wear. But very convenient!

There were people in my room

Pros: If the rooms were clean, I'm sure I'd be super impressed with the size of the room and its amenities.
Cons: You could clean your rooms and know which rooms have people in them.
So! I finally arrived at the hotel and got my room around 10 pm. I make the walk to my room and found a family already in my room. Luckily they only verbally freaked out and didn't harm me. I showed them my key worked for the room and that the front desk had written the room number on the key holder. They'd been staying in that room for two days already and had two more nights in it. The hotel had no record of them having a reservation let alone being in the room the manager assigned to me. I had to go to the front desk to get it sorted. They weren't very apologetic. As a woman traveling alone, it freaked me out quite a bit to walk in to my room (finally) at 10 pm and find it already occupied. I was given a new room, I was not given great directions on where it was nor was I offered to have someone walk me to my new room at 10:30 pm. There's no deadbolts on the door which wouldn't have bothered me except I walked in to an occupied room the first time. The room was okay. The floors could use a good wash and there was actual garbage in the corners of the room. Check out was difficult since they still had me down for the original room assigned to me. I waited for them to update their information since I didn't want to be charged if the other guests did something to the room. The front desk chick just snorted, laughed and said "I heard about that" when I told her what happened the night before. No apology or anything. Between the occupied room & the garbage, I'd pass on this.

Good Location for us.

Pros: One bedroom with kitchen so we could eat in a few meals.
Cons: The king size bed could be a bit firmer mattress.
Location: On a golf course and a restaurant you can walk to. We did not use either because we were visiting friends in the area.
An older complex but worked for our quick 1 week visit. Central to RV parks we were visiting. Not walking friendly to groceries/shops but just a short drive down the road.

Good location

We had a good experience at Westgate with a helpful and attentive staff, location of hotel, and amenities offered. I would recommend an improvement in room cleanliness and sound proofing the walls inbetween each unit. Overall we had an good experience and would return for another stay for the money.

Great location nice layout. Decent restaurant next door at golf club with very good service from Megan, Dave, and Mike.

Cons: UP GRADES IN room.
Location: BARRETT JACKSON, swap meet Mesa market mall, we have been to area several time just love it.
The room was very small, have stayed in bigger one bedroom suites. Bed was good but rest of space needs big up grades. Bath room , well what can I say. !!! This was so bad I showered and never used that 1970"s tub. Kitchen had small bar sink, micro wave that would fit a bowl of soup. Cupboards had shin peeling off, table so close to bathroom and closet doors it was a joke. When I asked about the room was told that it was what I ordered. They could have moved us for $ 40. day more and I just thought that was way out of line. The web suite had a nice picture of a space with a nice sitting area and lot nicer kitchen. We were shown a studio villa, one bedroom. Ground and pool area great very nice .staff very nice( cleaning , front desk staff, all great. Seem manager might have been problem.

Nice place to stay for the week we were there.

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: The wifi service.
Location: golf courses are abundant, and hiking options on Superstition Mountain are great.
We stayed for a mid-winter break from the cold Minnesota weather. The room was comfortable, the pools were great, the exercise room was adequate, and the staff was very nice.

Nice place to stay

We were here with two couples. The two bedroom suite worked perfect with two besuited and full kitchen, living area between the two rooms. Beds are comfy and clean. Needed to request toilet paper and ask for the floors to be washed not just swept. Otherwise nice place to stay

Access was good. Rooms were good. Housekeeping for extended stay less desirable. Garage not even removed from room daily unless done ourselves
