Had a good stay n staff was very friendly the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable

Cheap Hotel

The hotel was extremely plain, no pool, no Wi-Fi , no coffee in the room, no cable, the floor we stayed on smelled like fish. The times that we needed a staff member, the front desk was always closed. The shower was awful, the water pressure was weak and the bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner and only one tiny bar of soap. We did not receive clean towels or room service for the two nights we stayed. Don't waste your money here.

Check in was fine and easy. Staff was friendly. That was the end of my pleasant stay. When I got off the 4th floor I was instantly flooded with smell of cigarettes. The entire corridor was filled with it. I opened the door and my room was the exact same way. I, being a for.er smoker, thought I could handle it. Opened the window and thought it would air out. It sort of did but when I went to sleep I realized that my pillows (which were terribly uncomfortable), my sheets and blanket all wreaked of cigarettes. I didn't fall asleep till 12am and woke up at 2:30am cuz I couldn't handle the smell. After laying there till 5:30am I finally got up to shower. When I was done and toweling off I could smell cigarettes on the towel. Worst experience I've ever had. Now, I know I should've gone down and asked for another room but I didn't realize how bad the smell actually was until it was too late. I will absolutely never stay there again.

Nice hotel close to shops,dining, grocery stores,

Pros: The staff were very kind, pleasant, and helpful. Our sink was draining slowly and when we mentioned it to them, they snaked the drain in of hours.
Cons: Cleaning.
Location: Arrowhead mall was close by. Several restaurants were near. The grocery store was less than a mile away. The Peoria Sportsplex was approximately 2
The staff was great and accommodating. We would stay here again. However, the first thing I had to do was clean the air duct in the bathroom as it was covered with a thick layer of dark gray lint. There were dirty areas on the walls from previous residents - food? splatters on the walls in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The desk service was very pleasant and helpful.

The price is right.

Pros: The price is its strong point.
Cons: I would like some kitchen utinsils and some pots and pans available.
Location: Close to highway. Convenient but usually somewhat noisy.
I spent most of my time out and about. This was a good facility to have an extra bite to eat and a place to ;ay my head at night.

Great location - Great Price

Pros: location, price, no frills
Cons: lamp on the night stand or wall sconce by the bed to read by
Location: you can do anything and everything near this location - shopping, from high scale, to outlet mall, to big box stores all within a few miles
For us, this was the perfect location. Close to food, shopping, and family. While it may not be fancy, we both slept comfortably and would definitely go back. The TV was not high definition, like we're used to, but you could upgrade. This and the fact that there was not a lamp on the night stand, so you had to read by the overhead lights, are the only things we'd make a comment about. Everything else was perfect. We're the type that do not need room service everyday, so not having to worry about that was a plus for us. We would go back in a heart beat.
