Please accept our apologies because the issue reservations in excess of the space available has affected your two-night vacation with us. To fix that problem and also want to give you the best stay with us that have informed you this incidient we in advangtage as well as the special offers : a romantic dinner, 20% of Spa discount. the room upgrade to the Villa by Beach, and refund one night left . However We are very sorry that these efforts did not compensate for your expectations I think you took response from us at the same day you checked out and have been had refund from Hotel.com within two weeks from the day you left as we already explained in the same email, which you and us were in touch before Your comments give us clear indication where we have to put more attention and where to retrain more in detail the standards of operation.
