We forgot the special big size shampoo and conditioner ( special treatment) in the bathroom and the next day we ask the driver come back to ask the staff at front desk but they did not ask the housekeeping yet and help us to find them out, she just said there are nothing in the bathroom….that’s so weird!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOUR STUFFS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Lovely resort. Stayed at Beachfront Villa which wAs excellent. Resort is well located. Nice pool. Unfortunately the beach in front has a tiny strip of sand and dirty with plastic rubbish.

Renovation due to start Sept 2023. Currently very tired. Reception area pulled down photos in website not reality. Have stayed here before and can't currently recommend, however, staff were excellent. Very few people staying at the moment. We were not warned of reception area being removed which also houses the breakfast area. Breakfast much more limited. Having said that the pho and omelettes were great. We were charged full price and they're much better close by hotels that cost a lot less that also have beach - ours was washed away. Unable to add photos for some reason.

Wonderful beach-front hut
The beach-front hut was amazing; sitting on the deck watching the sunset, listening to the sound of the surf, walking distance to restaurants and night market, comfortable room and bed, we enjoyed every moment. The downside was buffet breakfast; plenty of it but not the quality, with cold food not refrigerated and sitting in the hot weather. The premises and grounds are also starting to look tired and in need of work/upkeep. None-the-less, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the beach-front hut.

We are very pleased with the stay and that was our best part of our multi cities vacation tour. The resort staff are very helpful. The pool is excellent, large enough and very cleaned. The breakfast buffet is good. Our beach front cottage is the best we ever had in all our vacations. It is right on the beach and so romantic. Its location is perfect for us since we can walk to town and and have interaction with my people. We did have a problem with the air conditioner but the hotel technician fixed it right away and it worked good. As a person in this AC business, some of the AC condensers need to be replaced soon; At least they should check them before the guests move in. This little thing may cause bad impression. I love waking early and help cleaning beach debris. I hope this is a constructive comment since we love this hotel, the berach and hope it is doing well in this economy. We recommend this hotel without reservation.

Beach front bungalow was ideal for sunbathing, reading and looking out at the beach and sea. Breakfast was good. Beach cleaned by staff several times a &day. Lovely swimming pool.

Amazing and Affordable Resort
This resort is amazing! The location is perfect - within walking distance of the night market as well as other delicious restaurants. The free breakfast was a nice option, and the pool and beach access were perfect. No complaints on our end!

The hotel is very old, and it did not maintenance well. It is smelling molding everywhere. Blanket, bed, floor, furniture is old and smelling mold. Alot mosquito in the room. Swimming pool is broken. Very poor breakfast buffet, few selections. Does not cook well.

The breakfast buffet selection was very good. Private beach entrance from the VIP villa, the rooms were very nice and clean. The private outdoor bathtub was not clean however which is a shame. Service was good otherwise, I would stay here again.

The property location is gorgeous -but it is not worth the price.. the gym is a throw together of old equipment and was dirty, the bikes were all rusted and the chain broke on one of our rides..the gentleman working with the bikes just laughed..they know the bikes are old and don’t care. The food was not good, very bland- but there were many options for breakfast..The room we booked had everything we needed but in dire need of updating.

Property is very old and dated. Old room and furniture. The gym is a total joke. While the maids are nice, the front desk receptionists need to be retrained at customer service. The breakfast buffer is plentiful and tasteless.

Great place to stay staff were helpful and friendly I got their free airport shuttle to the hotel, it took about two minutes To register and I was even given an upgrade to a bigger room Breakfast was good with a good selection pool was OK but they decided to repair it the last week I was there but as the beach is about 25 meters from the pool this was not a problem, there’s a good chance I’ll be back again next year

We have stay the hotel for 4 day 3 night The room bed sheetz we found have the blood stain, and bed bugs We request to change room but hotel staff are are not allowed. The just replace a fresh bed sheet. We have suffer sleep for 3 night, the bed bug are a lot on the bed and it becomes more serious when we wake up. The hotel staff are not even take action. It's feel disappointed!!!!!!

Odd hotel, they took our passports and kept them till we checked out - the only hotel in the whole Vietnam where we stayed. They seem to have had a bad experience with prior visitors, so we were kept asked by the staff if we really staying in the hotel multiple times and had to show them our room keys; the beach near had garbage on the sand and in the ocean. When we checked out - they claimed we stole a spoon - for what I am not even sure, I can ship them 1000s of those for free from Amazon

Where pool meets beach.
Had a nice time at the hotel. Good size room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit dated but worked well. Staff were nice and the gardens around our rooms were beautiful. Had a few short electricity blackouts while we were there but they didn't last very long. Only complaint was the pool tep is very warm so it was a bit hard to cool off. Poor me :)

Firstly, I wasn't treated with kindness up in check in. Few front desk staff weren't friendly and didn't try to understand when I said my friend wouldn't stay with me but she would go stay with her family. I didn't get any welcome drinks when the weather was so hot. When I asked about the welcome drink after I settled down, a girl told me they've cleared out all welcome drinks. Well, couldn't you offer other drink then at your cafe since it won't be hard to make any drinks? I received welcome drink from the other two hotels I moved in to later. Second, the door of my room couldn't be closed so they sent someone to fix it and they asked me to step out so I took the time for lunch and got back to kayaking. The life guards and staff at the beach were helpful and friendly. When I returned to my room,I realized the air con wasn't cold but the house keeper and a maintenance guy insisted the air con wasn't having problem while they were all sweating in front of my eyes. Again,I was asked to leave the room. Customer paid for the room, the hotel staff should automatically upgrade me to better room if my room has so many problems without me asking. They eventually upgraded my room. Lastly, if without free airport transfer, kayaking and bicycle. I'd be upset staying here but good thing they've some activities for free. Breakfast option isn't a lot but the view and coffee is good Ps:a girl at the front desk who changed my room was friendly and helpful,guarded me to cross the road

Pleasant and hastleless beach stay
I have nothing to say against the hotel. We spent great 3 night. We booked VIP villa and got most probably the best one - frontal sea view, distanced from the restaurant, with direct access to the beach. Great view to enjoy the sunset on the private terrace with a drink or two. The breakfast is good. For some reason in none of the hotels we've stayed in Vietnam there are no spring rolls on breakfast. They offer a dinner BBQ buffet for a reasonable price but we wanted to see the Night market and try the local street food. The beach looks private and towels provided. The resort is short walk from the centre with the main attractions.

Very nice resort close to everything, private beach and very clean compared to ‘’ Bai Sao’’ or South Beach. For the 1st time in Phu Quoc , choose this one to explore and to be safe. You won’t regret it. Eat outside of the resort, it is cheaper.

Very friendly staff at this hotel on a beautiful beach. The hotel is spread out over 10 acres with garden area between the bungalow buildings . This location is perfect with many restaurants and bars on the street in front. It is a 10 minute walk downtown to the night market with many restaurants and food vendors. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Amazing location, we had the bungalow on the beachfront, you can't get much better than that! Hotel very clean, well looked after.

Very nice place!
Very nice property with bungalow style rooms. Fronts to a nice beach. The pool is beautiful with a nice little bar. The breakfast is very good. Eat on the veranda for a beautiful view.
