Firstly, I wasn't treated with kindness up in check in. Few front desk staff weren't friendly and didn't try to understand when I said my friend wouldn't stay with me but she would go stay with her family. I didn't get any welcome drinks when the weather was so hot. When I asked about the welcome drink after I settled down, a girl told me they've cleared out all welcome drinks. Well, couldn't you offer other drink then at your cafe since it won't be hard to make any drinks? I received welcome drink from the other two hotels I moved in to later. Second, the door of my room couldn't be closed so they sent someone to fix it and they asked me to step out so I took the time for lunch and got back to kayaking. The life guards and staff at the beach were helpful and friendly. When I returned to my room,I realized the air con wasn't cold but the house keeper and a maintenance guy insisted the air con wasn't having problem while they were all sweating in front of my eyes. Again,I was asked to leave the room. Customer paid for the room, the hotel staff should automatically upgrade me to better room if my room has so many problems without me asking. They eventually upgraded my room. Lastly, if without free airport transfer, kayaking and bicycle. I'd be upset staying here but good thing they've some activities for free. Breakfast option isn't a lot but the view and coffee is good
Ps:a girl at the front desk who changed my room was friendly and helpful, guarded me to cross the road
