Was here for the first half of February 2024. Staff were very kind and helpful with any question/request I had. There was some ongoing construction to the outside of the building that was definitely audible throughout parts of the day, and all of the jacuzzis were out of service, so if your booking was dependent on either of those things it’s something to consider for the foreseeable future. The music from Bangla road was no problem, which was surprising, so that was a big plus. All in all, if you want to be close to Patong beach and Bangla road, this hotel location is about as good as it gets.

Very convenient area to access all the fun area’s. No need to take a taxi or grab, everything walkable. Not the Hilton but the location is perfect and easy. Well worth it.

Very nice stay, super staff, renovated roof top pool area and restaurant, rooms are nig and comfortable. Access direct to bangla road. Only issue if arriving or leaving after 5pm then access to hotel is difficult as the main road is closed to car traffic. Reception was very helpful and made effort to meet the taxi on the main road and walked me to the hotel.

If you want to be in the heart of the action (clubs, bars and girls) and still be some what quiet room and with proper apartment facilities then look no further. Honestly it is almost too good to be true that is if you can handle the crazy wild lifestyle of being right on Bangla Road action every night until morning...

Good location
The hotel has a great location, close to shopping, entertainment and the beach. The rooms are large with kitchens and dining tables. The beds are comfortable & the rooms are quiet, the bathrooms have a jacuzzi. Unfortunately upon our arrival, we were informed the elevator was out of service for two weeks and we would have to walk up the stairs to our rooms (luckily one flight) and 5 flights up to the roof top pool and restaurant for breakfast each day. No discount or consideration was offered - only sorry, and when we asked for one hour late check-out, the manager had a poor attitude and begrudgingly granted our request when reminded about the elevator being out of service for our entire stay !!!

Not to recommend at all
The air condition has a mold smell non stop. The security so as reception stuff where sleeping when you come back to the hotel at early morning times. Restaurant is absolutely not adaptable to vegans. They can not change the a la card breakfast just a little to accommodate vegan. When we ordered fruit we get a old brown banana on the plate presented so we had to complain. They don’t offer toothbrushes or toothpaste and called themself 4 star hotel. The suite which we had has no view at all. You look at the wall of another building from one side and the backyard road from the balcony. I don’t know how that hotel got such high ratings, for sure I will never go back again.

Location, Location, Location !!
You can't beat the location of Absolute Bangla Suites. Step outside the hotel and you are right in the middle of the famous Patong entertainment district. Minutes to the beach, shopping & dining. My family of 4 had 2 studio suites, decorated in a modern Oriental decor of black, red & grey lacquers; king size bed, sofa, fully outfitted kitchen, dining table and adequate storage. Rooftop swimming pool with Jacuzzi & restaurant/bar. Pluses: great location, comfortable beds, high-end linen & towels, fast WiFi, good cable TV, large rooms, jacuzzi tub in bathroom, large cooked to order breakfasts. Minuses: daytime reception staff all business, not very friendly, room walls paper thin - could hear the conversations and movements of the people in the adjoining rooms, could not get the shower water temperature to balance - either too hot or too cold, bathroom design a little quirky - all glass wall separating the living area and bathroom - you had to draw a curtain for privacy thus blocking all light into the room, no Asian food on the cooked to order breakfast menu.

Review on Bangla Absolute Suites Phuket
My stay at Absolute Bangla Suites was very satisfying. The kitchen facilities in the room were better than expected. The jacuzzi tub was quite a surprise. It was great. The breakfast was nothing special, but it was ok. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Located off Bangla Street, I expected to hear noise in the evenings, but it was quite quiet. I would stay there again in the future.

Amazing hotel in the heart of bangla road
From the time of arrival to departure everything was absolutely brilliant.the executive suites room was awesome with a hot tub on the balcony.the breakfast was also very good freshly made no buffet.the cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10,and the housekeeping staff very good and reliable and honest.
