Clean and upscale hotel. The location makes it easy for walking to the beach and Bangla Rd area. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were all nice. Rooftop pool had a great view too and was not too active/busy. Gym was very limited but good enough for a vacation gym to burn some calories

Guys this is an excellent hotel as it Meets all my needs. I stayed in December for 2 weeks. Special thanks to Dona and Mint for compensating my airport ride for the time I lost when my room lock was not working. Also special thanks to Marwan & his boss for providing me with the best room that I really enjoyed. I always stay at Amata and will do so in future as well. They have also performed a lot of improvements since Covid like new restaurant dining area, better breakfast with variety etc

The place across the rd has heavy metal bands that start at 11pm and finish at 4.30am every night, sounds like your sleeping in there, so if you don’t like sleeping this place was ok, great breakfast, both pools are a bit weird

I stay 4 nights in this hotel, no windows I my room and no hot water in the shower, complain to the front desk but problem never solved, bad experience, staff, employees very, very nice and friendly. Hotel good location, close to everything. Because no hot water in the shower and no windows (booking doesn't say anything about window when booked) I will never stay again.

The property was nice and good location. The staff was very bad, we got double charged for our room service, could not find my laundry, first room did not have AC. I do not recommend it, it’s not worth staying at a nice property with bad staff

The hotel is well located for my purposes and competitively priced. The rooms are large and comfortable however I had to change rooms due to an overwhelming smell of mould in the room. The pool area is good but the low lounges are poor, uncomfortable and some collapse. The happy hour cocktails are weak. The beef baguette was inedible due to the leather like beef. The breakfast was terrible with very limited options.

Well set out hotel in the heart of Patong. Nice rooms. Great views from rooftop swimming pool area. This must be the best rooftop swimming pool in Patong. Polite and helpful staff. Would stay here again or sure.

Staff was pretty awesome. Walking distance from everything you could possibly want to do in the area. A shame the lovely staff have to put up with some of the verbal abuse from some of the trashy entitled guests. If there was an option to give an 11 out of 10, I'd be checking it.

I paid for 4 superior pool view rooms 3 were great but the 4th room the pool view was orange roof tiles from shops below. We are very disappointed when we asked to be removed they told us there are no rooms. I would like total refund from that room.

Received only 1 key card, turn off everything in room and return to hot hotel room. Only 2 towels in room . Hotel only provides big hand towels to wash off with NO wash clothes. Broken refrigerator, fuzzy tv no English channels.loud banging noise at night, broken elevator, leaving notes on hotel doors counting down night of stay ( prepaid in advance) old furnishings and poor communication from staff. Would not recommend 2 Star hostel hotel. Don't be fooled by hotel photos!
