I booked a double bed room in this property during the peak period and but when we arrived at the property, we were given a single bed. The pictures are not true to the room pictures… There was absolutely no decoration/furniture etc in the room except for a small fridge, and inbuilt wardrobe. The room and toilet was pretty spacious and clean one of the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Another staff was not the most friendliest. They also do not accept card for car booking etc. Food was pretty decent and they have a decent amount of choices But in general, I think the the hotel does not feel like a 3 star hotel. I would give it 2 stars rather than 3. I don’t think that the hotel cost was very cheap either when we booked it since it was the peak period but nonetheless, the property shall not lie to its customers of the insides of the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is that the area is very convenient and walking distance to the Patong beach, Bangla District etc. There are also really good food options in the same district as the hotel.

Very good location just a couple minutes from Patong Beach. The motel is a little run down with rooms needing re-decorating and updating. Bedding and towels are clean but stained. The western (Russian?) woman on reception during business hours is a great asset and always able to assist. The male (Indian) is the opposite. Lied directly to me on two occasions and tried to make up for it by lying again. Very disappointing from someone in customer service. Breakfast is not inspiring with a lack of range and bacon being substituted with "chicken ham". An employee told me this was due to the "big boss is muslim". Good price, good location but a tired motel with issues that can be easily fixed.

Great location
Hotel near to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and Jungceylon market. Hotel located in a quiet street, away from hustle and bustle from the main street.

The condition of bathroom was really terrible. Too smelly 🙄. For 4 days 3 nights stay we were provided with only one small bottle of shampoo and one small bottle of shower gel.🙄🙄

We walked into a room horrible
The wash basin was cracked there was a door missing from the shower cubical there was no fridge it took us a few hours to get this we were only here 2 days when they brought it it was stained brown could not put food in it. The place was dirty things still in bin from last person ect. The pictures you show are of a room but not the room you get when you arrive I would not recommend to any one No coffe or tea making in room at all. You had to walk to the back alley to get in where there is no security and doors open all night

I booked standard room, they forcefully given backpackers room for first night. Next day they changed room but there was always problem of hot water, no force to shower, terrible experience

Nice hotel close to the beach
Hotel is good if you are looking for a cheap place to stay that is close to the beach. Bathroom in the rooms are very nice, but the room itself was very boring looking. Bed was fine. Very close to the main areas of Patong beach and steps away from the beach.

I can’t fault the staff they were really lovely. My room was advertised as a deluxe room. But from looking over the photos I wasn’t sure whether this was the case as it also said with balcony which I didn’t get. The room was huge, you could easily have fit two king size beds in. No coffee or tea was provided in the rooms but came with a kettle and cups. It was very white which unfortunately showed up lots of marks which made it seem a little unclean and there was a huge pink stain on one of the curtains. Great location for the beach and Bangla Road and they offer taxi service at reasonable prices.

small mix up of rooms at the start as hotel wass not fully informed of type of rooms being booked by hotel.com. caused a dely asa staff wass trying to accomodate us. room was clean, not much of a vieww. bathroom shower holder was damaged and no locked door for the toilet and no door for the shower area. Foggy glass is all that divides the toilet from the room. Beds were comfortable. WiFi kept disconnectiong and was slow. Overall excellent value for money and great location

Poorly advertised hotel - Close to the beach
The hotel was not as advertised. We got a backpackers room which was simply advertised as being a smaller room. Wrong. It was down an alley. Unclean. The hotel staff were less than friendly. The only redeeming quality was the great location.

Pillows were too thin, and you can't use the toilet lights in the deluxe room without brightening the entire room. However, the service is good and it is situated at the heart of Patong. Room is quite big as well. Overall a good stay.

good location and price.
The hotel was in a quiet street off Patong Beach, great location. It was clean enough, the room was big but, there was a wall in front of the window with no daylight, no use in even having a window. Kettle, fridge, safe, good air con, free wifi and red lights?. Free coffee machine in lobby. Breakfast was basic but ample, but always stone cold, every morning it was stone cold. Booked two months in advance asked for twin beds got a king, not a problem. For the price I paid on line the hotel was good. We would stay there again.

Very disappointed is nothing what you see in the photos,Our room was in a separate building, The entrance is on the alley next to the garbage deposit, we saw 2 rats and had to run to the door. There is no lift, The room was super smal, we barely fit into the room with ours big luggage.

Close to everything but you get what you pay for
The staff was fairly nice and decently accommodating but the room was pretty gross, various stains on the sheets and blankets, ants on the counter that got everywhere in my suitcase and clothes and mold and a weird smell from the shower. I wore my sandals in the shower and if you stay I would recommend you do the same. I covered myself head to toe before I touched that bed. Does have good air conditioning and hot water but the body soap provided was most certainly dish soap. Also the elevator broke at least twice in our two days there. Opted to take the stairs after day one.

This shouldn't be considered a hotel, it's more like a serviced apartment. What you see on expedia and what you get when you open the room door are two different things. The view is on another building, which isn't mentioned on expedia, cockroaches in the bathroom, no hot water one night (had to shower in freezing water), TV needs a magnifying glass to be seen, mini bar was emptied on the second day for some reason, bed sheets weren't changed; just re-done, and asked for a two single beds and received one double bed. I asked for it to be changed and they never got back to me. As for what is good about this hotel is their split air conditioners do the job, location is ideal ( 30 sec. walk from the beach and everything you would need is around you) and the staff are great.

Great location. Awful room.
Obviously, this is a "get what you pay for" hotel. Great location close to beach/Bangla. But be prepared for tiny room, tinier bathroom in dire shape. We survived 3 nights - one without A/C - but that's about as long as I'd recommend

When we arrived at Armoni we went to our room and was horrified. 2 small single beds, we are in our 70's, my husband is 79, and the view was of a brick wall. The room was really small and very dark and not as advertised which looked palatial. I immediately upgraded which I suspect is what they want, to a room with a very small balcony, that you can only just fit on, a single bed and a queen bed. When I went back on line this room did offer free buffet breakfast so went downstairs and asked the receptionist and she told me because we upgrade we don't get breakfast. She argued with me as I said we ended up paying more than what the room was advertised for online and she pretty much said "bad luck". I asked to speak to the manager and she said she would ring him and when we came back again she said he said no to us. I asked her to ring again and I would speak to him, it was the principal, and when she put him on he was very nice and said yes. She was unfortunately uncooperative for the remainder of the holiday. The coffee machine was in the foyer and often out of product or needing repair. There is an electric kettle in the room and 2 cups but no coffee, sugar or milk so you had to go downstairs for your coffee.Even though there are 2 of us, they would only give you one card to get in your room and that didn't always work and worse a few times it didn't even lock and we had to get the maid to lock it for us so we could go out. Most of the staff were lovely and very friendly.

I really cannot complain considering the price. They could improve little bit the maintenance .. but the price has the last word. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this hotel is the right place for you.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms are big and clean. Air conditioning is good, staff is cooperative. The best part is it is close to beach. Just 2 min walk from beach.

Great boutique hotel near the beach
I don't give out 5s lightly. I'm a points junky, so stay on reward points at some very posh hotels, but this was just perfect for us. King sized bed, quiet, strong AC and good WiFi. We just loved Patong Beach, better than Hawaii, Florida or Mexico. No waves, warm water, no litter, no seaweed washed up on the beach or floating in the water.

Bad hotel, bad tiny rooms that spell like ashtray.
Ordered a "Deluxe" non-smoking room. Showed up in the hotel half an hour after the reservation were made and they showed my the little tiny room with 1 foot window that smelled like an ashtray. As an asthma patient i asked for another room, even offered to pay for upgrade and they said that none was available. Then they refused to refund the reservation and Expedia was of no help Expedia kept saying that they will work on it and that they will call me back but never did. Eventually, Expedia offered a $50 coupon, which I refused. I refuse to pay for something that I did not received. After spending 6 digits figures at Expedia through the years, I will stop using Expedia, at least for hotels reservation and minimize my flight reservations as much as possible.

The staff at this hotel are miserable, every time we greeted them with a hello how are you or even said hello in thai they would just look up at us and grunt. We arranged that our rooms would have balconies but our rooms didn't. The Wifi never worked apart from if you stayed in the lobby, Their always was lots of noise coming from other guests at all ours of the day, The Rooms are not like the pictures we had two single beds with a window that opened up to a wall 30cm in front of you. I am a smoker so in this case i booked a room with balcony for that reason when i arrived at my room their was no smoking allowed or a 2000 THB fine. Would not recommend this to anyone or even think twice about this hotel

For the price we paid, the hotel is better than expected and comes with breakfast :) love the location although we had hard time finding it the first day but subsequently was good :) They also provide complimentary coffee/ hot chocolate for guest and free wifi :) nice place

We booked this hotel off the internet through hotels.com. Not happy. We were in a room right next to the lift. the room itself wasn't too bad except for the curtain wasn't hanging on the wall properly and when we looked out it was next to a laundry wash room and that was our view. All night long the water pump made loud banging noises. we left the next day.This was our experience.
