This hotel seats on a hill and it is about 5 min cab ride to Kamala Bay, they offer shuttle service from the hotel to the beach but you have to reserve the time. Walking from the hotel to the bay is not far, but it is not that safe as there is not really sidewalks. The view from the pool, restaurants and some rooms are incredible. Food is good but pricey compared to regular food in Thailand. But prices are similar as USA restaurants. My room was clean and had a bathtub on the balcony overlooking the bay. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and this hotel was great with good A/C. We got the breakfast added but we really only used it twice. The rest of the days (4) we had to leave early for excursions to Phi Phi islands and the pick up time for that is 4:40 am or so. We were gone the whole day. When we came back we had dinner at the hotel and really yummy food and cocktails. All was very good. The staff were nice for room service, concierge but kind of busy at the reception area. The pool has an infinity hot tub and a pool surrounded by chairs and chaise lounges. There is a roof top terrace and bar for an evening drink. If you go up there I recommend to dress up a little.

We loved our stay at Cape Sienna! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone put great effort into making sure we were happy and well taken care of. We would definately recommend to anyone heading to Phuket, and if we ever get the chance to go again, we would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I loved the room and the pool area. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t like us or want to deal with us. Our phone in the room didn’t work and the volume on the tv didn’t work which stunk cause we were there for 2 weeks. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was clean. The food was not that good. I would give the food 5 out of 10. And be aware the laundry there is super expensive. We paid $265 USD just for laundry that was done 4 times.

Good hotel for its price range. Some parts a little”tired”. The staff were friendly but could have been more proactive. The Sienna Rocks Cafe was excellent with very good staff and the best part of the hotel. The location is excellent as is the view. The breakfast was good and range of restaurant food/choices good. Kamala Beach is a great location.

The wife and I loved the ability to have such a clean and beautiful property to stay at while also being able to walk the area and experience some true Thai culture. Could not have been more happy with the resort from the moment we stepped foot in it. Will absolutely refer it to friends and family.

We stayed here for 3 nights to end our honeymoon. Truly beautiful hotel, rooms are good size (we stayed in the honeymoon suite), staff is very friendly and accommodating & the location is prime. My only suggestion is that the buffet breakfast should be included in the rate per night.

A beautiful property with a stunning view. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. We had a slight wait for check in, but we did not mind. Rooms were bright, airy and clean, and again we had a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel is situated on a hill, so the walk up may be difficult for some but we found it pretty easy. 7/11 nearby was very convenient. 5 minute walk to Kamala Beach and other nearby restaurants. A great selection of food and juices at breakfast. We tried the Vanilla Sky Bar several times for dinner and cocktails; a bit pricey but did not disappoint and presentation was always stunning. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Cape Sienna. The views from the lobby and the sea view room is breath taking. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly the whole time. If you’re into relaxing and staying at a hotel, this place is gorgeous for that but we like to explore on vacation and while Kamala beach looks close by but it’s a 10 minute walk down a hill and we ended up paying for tuktuk for a ride back. My only feedback is although staff are kind, the service can be better. We requested plates and cutlery to our room and it never came to our room so we ate straight from our food containers (ordered takeaway food). No big deal for us but it left us waiting for a while. Overall a nice stay if you like something more lowkey and quieter

Overall it was great! My only complaint was the Isole restaurant. All plates ordered were not available. We had to cancel the order in the end and went to another one.

Just wasn’t what it said on the tin. A long uphill walk back to the hotel every day and night. Service in both pool bars was very poor. Very Limited pool sun beds for the size of the hotel Rooms were nice but showers need some attention. Would we stay again? I very much doubt it.

We enjoyed our stay! The eating areas were good but limited during the day with only Poolside Cafe! If Shuttle Bus ran more often eating facilities would have been easier to obtain. The Shuttle bus needs to provide service all day and until 9 at night. Taxis are 200 baht each way Might not seem much but a stay of 14 days can be 2800b! Overall we were very happy with staff and facilities

Weird buzzing noise that comes through the mattress - can only assume due to no soundproofing it could be the aircon from the room below (disappeared every time I lifted my head) aircon is pretty loud so couldn't sleep with it on in my room - heard the people above/next to me moving chairs at at weird hours as well as thumping noises. The door to my room wasn't sealed and light was shining through the from the passageway - My room wasn't properly cleaned everyday (sand and hair on the floor) especially the ash from the balcony - By no means is this a party resort yet they allowed guest to play loud music through the speakers they brought along next to the pool which disturbed the tranquility. People above me were also smoking and all the ash came onto my balcony - not sure if they had ashtrays. When I checked out not one person asked me how my stay was. The view was pretty cool and its short walk to the beach/massages and restaurants.

We had a conflicting experience at Cape Sienna. The facilities are gorgeous and everything is quite luxurious. Unfortunately for us, we didn't realize that this is more of a resort experience rather than a hotel experience. It's not situated in proximity to the main beach/strip. The beach shuttle wasn't particularly accommodating when we requested a time-change. Staff met our needs but were not particularly hospitable. In house dining is expensive, and we were required to patron the poolside restaurant/bar/cafe and couldn't bring our own beers (at a quarter of the cost). That said, the facilities are spectacular, and the buffet breakfast is out of this world.

The views from the property are absolutely stunning. We were upgraded for our room and it was amazing, but either of the rooms would have been exceptional. Room is large and clean, got upgraded during my stay in low season. Staff is attentive at front desk, but other like restaurant, i rarely see them saying hi or greetings guest during breakfast.

I’ve stayed at Cape Sienna in the past and that’s why I’ll stay there again. Room I booked has a jacuzzi bathtub on the terrace/balcony with a great view of the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff are the best, very accommodating and professional. Cape Sienna is the best!!!

Great spot on hillside with multiple levels of swimming pools and restaurants. The cafe at seaside is nice but closes early end afternoon. Staff could help notifying noisy guests on balconies partying after 23pm?
