Al parecer este hotel vive en la edad de piedra! Solo tienes 30 min de internet. Las albercas sucias ni siquiera nos metimos un solo día.

Stayed with my family. Great hotel and my kids loved the pool. Only down side was their breakfast which was average. Apart from that everything else was really good. I’d stay again.

The property it’s self pools etc were excellent, the rooms are a little bit tired and could do with a refresh, we had breakfast included in our package and the food was fantastic. Would recommend the Centura to family and friends

Kids Friendly Hotel
The hotel is family friendly and kids would love it. While the hotel is a bit weary, the overall condition is still acceptable. The staff are passionate and forthcoming.

Comfy room and lovely pool
Great location and lovely room in the superior deluxe. Comfy beds and great cleaning service every day. Breakfast is a bit hectic (especially egg station.. Wish they would just cook and leave out rather than order as lines are long) and the cutlery change over is not quick enough so you have to wait a bit. Food is superb ate in the Azure restaurant in the evenings a few nights too. Cocktails are good and pool is clean. Pool towel service gets abused so some mornings we couldn't get a towel (it was January so super busy). Staff were friendly and helped with our journey to the airport. Gym was clean and cool with attentive staff.

Gardens create beautiful ambience with little paths and lots of greenery. Room was comfortable and spacious with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Staff are utterly vacant. Very poor English, good at being polite and not much else. Our Queries or questions were never addressed, and that’s is if you could even find someone to ask.

Great location easy walk to beach and markets. Pools were good. Unfortunately resort had a vomiting and diarrhoea bug going around it and many people were sick more hand sanitiser required

A bit disappointed
Hotel is tired and aircon did not work well. Staff did their best to help but never fixed. The room was was okay but I expected better from the Centara.

After we changed rooms after the first night (originally paid for a room with a sea view) and were given a quieter - and larger room by the lagoon pool, we were much happier to stay there for two glorious weeks. The breakfast in the Azure restaurant was excellent, plenty to choose from, well stocked up, with different hot dishes available each day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and keen to please. I would definitely stay here again. Our room was kept spotlessly clean by the lovely housekeeping staff, nothing was too much trouble. The location is a short walk away from Karon beach, the temple, late market, lots of great restaurants as well as the Family Mart, 7-11, Tesco Lotus a short distance. We absolutely loved our holiday here, the weather didn’t disappoint, all the Thai people were lovely, a truly relaxing holiday - wish I could afford to go straight back!! Thank you Centara for looking after us so well.

Three days at Centara
Ok stay. The Hotel is not as modern as the photos show, but still nice enough. Nice pool area and close to the beach. In-room dining is expensive and not that good. A lot of restaurants, massasge places and minimarts close by. Good breakfast.

Pros: Pools : Has 3 pools , one for young families, beautiful grounds, Staff: lovely staff whom try to help out, even at time with lots of communication issues due to language. We needed to scan and email a document urgently, whilst a male staff member said immediately that cannot be done, later on a lady at reception advised him that it can be done at business centre and helped us out. So some training of the guys wouldn’t harm. Restaurants ambience: the actual space of restaurants are beautiful and Airy. Cons: Room are up to 3 levels with no lift , yes no Kidding. Rooms ( we stayed at Tropical rooms), have scratched basic rundown furniture and fixture (lampshades are discoloured and old), there is one PowerPoint that you can use under console table, no USB port, no chest of drawers. The tap was actually broken off the counter top and cracked basin. The back staircase crumbling (see photos). Beds are ok not firm. In- hotel treatments are at least x3 $$$ of outside. There is one control for lights on one side of bed! There are no pool towels next to the pools , you have to walk to the lobby to get them or exchange them which can be abit of a walk. Pool table: there is a pool table which has the same theme I.e. tired, the balls are Knocked around and bumpy but never been replaced. Breakfast: limited options and horrible food, dishes filled up with basic repetitive items: different kinds of eggs! Limited gym and pool opening hrs

We had a wonderful break meeting up in Phuket with family Whilst we had a great time the hotel rooms were very basic and extremely tired The staff were always friendly and kind And the cost of eating and drinking at the hotel was rather high.

Veldig bra
Fint hotell med alle fasiliteter man trenger og litt til. Veldig hyggelige og vennlige ansatte, veldig god service! Mr TIN på barneklubben kom til frokostbordet hver morgen og informerte om dagens program, veldig hyggelig! Veldig mange fine aktiviteter for barna. Bra hotell og sentral beliggenhet, gåavstand til strand, restauranter og shopping. Vi hadde et fint opphold her!
