ローケーション最高!

ビーチまでも徒歩10分以内であること。屋台村のマリンプラザまでも5分程とローケーション最高。ホテル内にもバー付きのプールやトレーニングジムもあり飽きることが無い。

모든것이 만족스러운 호텔입니다 . 까똥비치 와 정실론 쇼핑몰이 걸어다니기에 가까워서 좋았다. 약간 아쉬운 점은 조식이 매우좋지는 않았으나 먹을만하다.

Ok location but nothing special

Pros: Not too far from Juncelyon and Bangla rd.
Cons: Get rid of the disguisting smell comming from the bathroom plumbing. Have more staff at reception and extend pool opening hours. Get a new cook.
Location: Location is okay in a quiet area but walkable(15 mins) to Juncelyon and Bangala rd.
Expected more from a 4 star hotel, need more reception staff that can speak and understand english better. Also the breakfast was not very good, but the worst thing was the odour comming from the bathroom of our hotel roon absolutely stank and really ruined our stay. Will not stay again.

レセプションの女性の態度がすごく悪い

眉毛がシュッとした、女性の態度がすごく悪くて、チェックイン時から嫌な気持ちにされました。私たちの持っているカードが全部使えないので、デポジットがきれない、明日までに3600バーツ用意しろと言われました。結局、彼女のミスで使えなかっただけで、他の男性がやったところ、問題なく使えました。そのことに対する謝罪は、一切ありませんでした。レセプションは、彼女の他にもう一人、タイ人風の人がいるので、その人にお願いした方がいい。帰りも、チェックアウトするときに、感じの悪い彼女しか、空いてなかったので、仕方なくお願いしたが、仕事が遅くて、だいぶ待たされた。彼女を受付に置くべきじゃない。 隣接しているレストランは、料理は素人並みに不味いので、他で食べた方がいい。

Modern hotel close to the centre.

This is a really nice modern hotel with many rooms facing inward towards the lovely pool. This is a big plus for the hotel. It takes about 10 mins to walk to Patong beach. You will be harassed all the way for taxis, tailors, bars and the seedy stuff but that would be the same wherever you stay. Whilst this is a review of the hotel I have to say that Phuket is a big disappointment. There isn't a lot to see and do and it is pretty scruffy. We have travelled all over Thailand and loved it but we could have done without Phuket. We did try to book a ferry through the hotel and were sent down the road to an agent. This was disappointing and the first time a hotel had not offered this service during out tour.

Good place to stay. We stayed in a pool view room on the side of the hotel. Walking distance to beach,Bangala Rd Markets etc. Nice pool, Comfy bed, Rooms were neat and cooling worked well. Good breakfast range, Hotel staff were excellent and accomodating and assisted with little things like phone calls to our taxi drivers etc. Only complaint was that the concrete hallways outside the rooms echo alot and hallway noise can be heard easily from your room . There are small signs on the wall to "be quiet" but there were alot of inconsiderate people getting up early and talking loudly down our hallway and also allowing there young children to yell and scream and talk loudly down the hallways at 6.30am. Perhaps some larger signs being placed in the walkway might remind those that were inconsiderate to be quiet. This is not the hotels fault more the rudeness of a certain ethnic group of persons who were staying.

Hôtel degeulasse!!!!

Des rats autour de la piscine le soir!!!! Degeulasse les chambres Le ménage fait a la va vite en 4 semaine pas une fois la serpillière des cafard en plus!!!!
