Best Horel in Patong

Posted Feb 19, 2017
Pros: The food ,pools and guest are elderly travelers from around the world. The gardens and layout are perfect.
Cons: The inter-net leaves alot to be desired.
The hotel is right next to the beach,You walk out of the complex cross the street and you are on the beach. The street is crazy, loud and full of traffic and people. The resort is a heavenly place away from all the madness,The property has 2 pools ,trees and gardens and you forget you are in Patong. It is safe and quite.

Cons: Room renovation.
Location: Patong Beach, everything is nearby.
Rooms in need of modernisation, okay for a short stay.

Good position

The rooms are quite good. Beds very hard though. You can ask for a softer version but I didn't find it made any difference. The pools are nice but unless you are early, you miss out on a chair (even though there didn't seem to be a lot of people there). The spa is very expensive, but lots of cheaper ones just outside the hotel. Better places for the money.

Hotel needs to improve their facilities since the location of Hotel is great and everyone wants to stay near to beach and market. Otherwise all things are fine.

Location: Walking distance to shopping plaza and Bangla Rd. Plenty of restaurants in immediate area.
Hidden away from main drag. No street noise. Had everything to offer and staff were extremely helpful. Cleanliness of rooms could be improved. Bathroom was mouldy in places and window louvers had not been dusted for some time. Overall, I would certainly stay again if in this vicinity of Thailand. Staff were very pleasant and helpful
