Also thank you for spending your precious time to give us your feedback to share your experience about your stay as every comment contributes for us to provide a better service. We do prioritize our guest’s comfort and satisfaction is our primary concern. We apologize for your disappointment at our property that you had encountered. But as we discussed this issue with our staffs, they said that they helped you with all your concerns. Like what you have mentioned above regarding the “man who wants to jump to my villa”, we reviewed all the CCTV cameras around your Villa during the time of your stay and we did not see anyone roaming around. From the CCTV records that we have emailed you implied that the one you saw appeared to be a shadow of the trees. Lastly, our walls are 3 meters high so it is impossible for someone to climb a high and plain structure. Dear Khun Neil, Thank you for your time for giving us your feedback. We appologize that we did not meet your satisfaction. As I have investigated with my front officers, you were greeting at our reception and ask for check-in the villa however you were not satisfied with the location of the hotel, you were looking for other place more or less like Patong area. Due to the reason that you need to find somewhere else where is more people traffic which is not our main strength. We are specialist in providing privacy as our villa is individually separated and we are at Kata which is great for family and couple who seek peaceful holiday. As it is clearly stated in every hotel booking website. The location of the hotel is unbeatable as we are just 5 mins away from beautiful Kata beach. We are also extremely sorry for the inconvenience with regards to villa privacy did meet your standard. We do have very high privacy room where i cannot be seen by other hotel balcony if guest requested. Unfortunately, you were asking to leave. However, as the booking was made in conjunction with promotion, by rule it was refundable. but we were happy to make the cancellation request to your booking. The best option was to charge you one night out of five nights which is the cancellation policy of normal circumstance booking (not with any promotion). And you were satisfied with that as we spoke. Sorry for hearing that we do not live up to your expectation. Please accept my apologize and thank you for choosing to stay with us at the first place.
