Beautiful hotel in great location

Posted Mar 23, 2017
Awesome hotel close to everything you want and need in Patong! Staff were awesome in making accommodations so my room was located close to friends!! Only downfall is that my 500$ spa credit was not upheld by the hotel as purchased with Expedia

Best hotel in phuket for shoppers in the mall. Access to everything in walking distance. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. We will come back.

Okay Hotel with great amenities...

Posted Mar 8, 2017
Pros: located just next to Jungceylon... and very near a night market...
Cons: rooms' furnishes need to be refurbished.. hotel looks like it need a big renovation
Location: shopping center nearby with restaurants and supermarket...
spacious room... clean... but old... rooms reek of old wood smell from the furnishings... booked 3 rooms and no toothbrushes were provided... had to call RS to ask for them...

Hotel that is only convenient for it's location.

Posted Mar 7, 2017
Close to Patong beach, Jungceylon shopping mall and night market. Deposit of 1000 Baht per night was required upon arrival without any prior notice at the time of reservation (and cash only; cannot just provide credit card details). Very poor service provided by reception, definitely not meeting the 5 star hotel standards.

Great location, friendly staff

Pros: Location
In a good area next to shopping centre and close to the best restaurants and bars in patong. Staff were very good. On the most recent visit we had a free upgrade to a pool access room and this was unbelievable. Had a private jacuzzi then slip straight into main pool. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel connected to Jungceylon Mall

Posted Feb 22, 2017
Clean, secure hotel connected directly to a modern shopping mall. Friendly, nice staff. Only a ten minute walk to the beach. Mall has dozens of restaurants and a food court which come in handy during rain or extreme heat.

Fits all your needs & then some

Posted Feb 15, 2017
Pros: I liked how the staff were concerned and cared about my needs. There were some days they called my room just to say hi and to see how everything was.
Cons: I think the staff/management needs to read the notes that people leave when booking the hotel, the important factors & specific requests.
Location: Connected right to a shopping plaza and a 5 minute walk to the beach; everything is centrally located nearby.
I have previously stayed at this hotel, so this was my second time choosing to stay here. Aside from the rocky mishap when it came to checking-in, shout out to the front desk reception (I forgot the girls name) she really took care of me and made sure everything was set/okay all through out the trip, the Millennium Resort has everything you need and then some. Centrally located right near the beach & connected to a shopping plaza, you never have to venture far for anything.

Does not deserve a 4+ rating

Posted Jan 16, 2017
Pros: Location, responsive staff
Cons: Rooms need to be made even more modern and luxurious. Or price needs to be kept lower.
Location: Kidzoona for kids JungleCylon mall Bangla street Patong Beach
After having been spoilt for choice in Bangkok, we were really looking forward to our 6-night stay at Millennium Resort. When we saw the room and the view, we were sorely disappointed. The room itself is clean and adequate but does not give you feel of luxury. It is like a decent budget hotel steep price at nearly $300/day. Location is excellent but the negative is that you have very poor views from your balcony. JungleCylon mall is excellent. Kidzoona nearby was a blessing as our 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, breakfast choice was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, we realized center of Patong as a location was not the right choice for families seeking a balance of plush amenities and activities. May be priced at $150/night, this would have been rightly priced and perhaps for 2-3 nights.
