Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. Your comments about AC, ants in rooms will be certainly reviewed with our Housekeeping and Engineering department for any improvements we could do. In addition, we are currently planning on a gradual refurbishment of our room and are looking into this matter with our team to increase our preventive maintenance schedule to ensure improved quality.
Guest’s opinions are very important to us, and we assure you that the delivery of good service and products are our primary goal.
We do hope that despite this incident we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel in the near future.
