Classy place to stay!

Nice hotel with super friendly staff. Went the extra mile to be helpfull when on our departure, the taxi booked through the hotel broke down and a quick replacement was organized. The taxi driver checked us in whilst on the side of the road and a hotel representative expressed us through airport. Great aftercare and would highly recommend.

Family holiday

We stayed at the resort in a family room with out 4 and 10 year old. Rooms were amazing and clean and the courtyard with plunge pool gave us parents somewhere to retreat to after the kids had gone to bed. The kids club facilities were amazing and the kids were disappointed we didn't use them more. We were only there for three nights but the staff were great and attentive to everything we needed.

ビーチに近くアクティビティも充実してるホテル

カロンビーチが目の前にあり、レストラン、プール、スパ、全てが揃っているホテルです。 ホテルの周りには意外とお土産屋さんやレストランが多くとても充実していました。 ビーチは静かで、夕日がとても綺麗でしたタオルのレンタルもあるのでとても助かりました。 当日はホテルの部屋が空いてたらしく無料で部屋をアップグレードしてもらいとても良い気持ちで宿泊できました。 とてもいい旅行になりました。

Well maintained hotel.

The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly however some staff at the restaurant seemed to serve Caucasian guests more promptly than Asian guests. Just a personal observation. Anyway i am very happy with this hotel.

Holiday in Thailand Movenpick Hotel Karon beach

Pros: Movenpick Hotel has good location , in general very clean , good pleasant staff Very comfortable bed and pillows . Good breakfast in the morning , nice and tasty.
Cons: I think the hotel should be updated/ renovated. My room had very strong mouldy smell and It always blocked my nose if the air-condition is off , so I had to keep it on all the time I believe the cost of accommodation a bit overpriced and the cost of meal in the Hotel restaurants is too expansive for Thailand .

Nice place, in need off an update

Pros: Great pool, awesome breakfast, good location, good facilities, terrific spa services
Cons: Room was damp & outdated, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom full of ants and in need of upgrade, ac was noisy. Also seemed to have 1 cd that played over and over again all day everyday at the pool driving you crazy
Location: GOod location on karon beach, short walk to heart of town so plenty of food options and activities close by.

Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de verdure

Pros: Petit déjeuner accueil
Nous étions dans une chambre à l'hôtel seul point négatif nous étions au bout du couloir et notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé une journée sans nous donner d'explication

Overpriset

Pros: Bra bassengområde. Barneklubb. Hotell personalet utenom resepsjonen. Rolig om nettene.
Cons: Hovedbygnin trenger vedlikehold. Prisnivået.
Måtte betale ekstra for frokost barn. Selv om betalings bekreftelse viser at dette er inkludert. Dette bekreftet Expedia at jeg skal få tilbakebetalt. Det er flott. Maur på ene rommet jeg bodde på. Stengte vannet til rommet rommet vårt grunnet reprasjon skulle ta 5 timer. Fikk først tilbud om nytt rom etter 12 timer og da til rom med dårligere fasiliteter mistet ekstra seng til barn og minibar. Kompensasjon 1 flaske rødvin. Stor forskjell på utvalg til frokost virker som utvalget er dårligere når det er kurs på hotellet. Har problemer med fugler inne i frokost restauranten fugler i baconfatet og brød/kake disken hver dag.

Schönes Resort, aber mageres Frühstück

Location: Am Strand. Schwimmen, schwimmen und relaxen und schwimmen. 15 min von Patong entfernt.
Insgesamt gut. Mega großes Gelände, wo man sich verlaufe kann abends. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Schöne Zimmer . Haben ein Upgrade bekommen und bekamen ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Das Wasser war nicht so sauber, daher kein Bad. Das Frühstück war auch nicht sauber und verursachte bei 2 meiner Mitreisenden und mir schwere Magen-Darm-Probleme. Das sollte bei einem 4,5 Sterne Hotel nicht passieren!

Your comment about food poison, we do normally follow HACCP hygiene standards in our kitchen, and the methods of storage, preparation and service of food meet the best industry practices. We record every item when in preparation and storing and final cooking preparation.
