The staff was very nice and helpful, the food at the restaurant was very good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning works great!! The pool was amazing and you feel like you are in the jungle with all the nature surrounding… The owner of the property owns also see bees diving center which is about a 10 min walk from the resort if you are into diving that’s the place too go they have amazing scuba diving instructors and the diving boat is very nice :)

Very handy for diving with Sea Bees. Nice tranquil setting. Pool was nice but waterfall not working. The rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. Staff were good but very quiet (English ability not too strong).

Very convenient for Chalong Pier if you want to go diving. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby but the main nightlife is on the other side of the airport in Patong. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful despite being close to a main road. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Garden Oasis - So Convenient
I loved my stay at Palm Gardens Resort. I was in Chalong to scuba dive (with Sea Bees who are incidentally an excellent dive operator). Palm Gardens is so conveniently located - just 5 mins walk to the dive centre and main streets of Chalong. Yet at the same time it's a quiet oasis from the busy streets. I was drawn to this resort because of the garden - I love nature and it was so nice to relax by the pool or swing on the hammock outside my room. The pool is pristine & clean and it's worth giving yourself a day or two to just enjoy being poolside. My room was lovely, nice hot shower and all the usual conveniences. The only thing I would say is that the bed was a bit hard, but I didn't mind for a couple of nights. The onsite restaurant had the best food I had on my entire trip in Thailand. I loved the red curry and chicken with cashew nuts! The staff were really helpful and helped arranged my airport transfer. I would definitely come back again. On this trip I stayed at several different hotels, including a luxury 5 star resort - but Palm Gardens was my most favourite place to stay because it was the one I could relax at the most and for the reasons already stated above.

A quiet oasis in busy Phuket
The hotel is in a quiet back road near a very busy main road. Although well positioned, you do need transport to get almost anywhere. The rooms are fairly basic, but there is a very nice pool and the staff were very helpful . Overall, a good stay.

Relax in paradise!
Wonderful place for relaxing, particularly before or after diving. The pool is a perfect temperature and is very clean, with a deep section for checking out dive gear. The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms each have a patio facing the pool, with chairs and a hammock. Rooms are half of a cabin, good sized with quiet,efficient air conditioning, and a small room off of the bathroom for drying gear. We enjoyed the restaurant food, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. It is secluded, with not a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, but the essentials are all within walking distance. If you’re looking for a high energy, touristy, crowded scene, I would suggest Patong Beach, but for us, this place was perfect.

A small resort tucked away in residential neighbor
This is a small little resort of private bungalows. Mostly German couples stayed here during our stay. The food was pretty good, and the pool area never crowded at all. Its not really walkable to anything, but they have a lot of new mopeds/scooters to rent for a pretty small fee. We barely heard other guests and felt like we had the place to ourselves, but it’s mostly because the rooms are spaced out nicely between the gardens. Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise were kept clean

Quiet and relaxing
I loved this hotel, it was out of the way of heaps of tourist but close to all the main attractions eg. Buddha, zoo and Elephants! The staff were lovely and the hotel was beautiful. The beds were fairly hard and outside was a fair few mosquito but the rooms were very private and the pool was beautiful! Would highly recommend for a couples get away!

Nice hotel very friendly and helpful staff
We enjoyed our stay at plam garden resort. The gardens were lovely and swimming pool great .It was abit remote as not never beach or restaurants. But did have afew restaurants that were waking disdains from resort.At the reception you could rent a motorbike. .Traffic on the main road from resort is really bad as doing under pass so abit of a nightmare. But as the resort is set well back from the main road doesn't interfere with you at all.still nice and quiet very peaceful. The only thing that let in down was the beds ,they were very hard and would benifit having a memory foam mattress on each bed.

A little oasis hidden away in a quiet urban area
A very peasant place to stay. Character buildings in a nice garden setting with a beautiful pool. Easy walking distance to all local facilities and services. A very enjoyable, relaxing 3 weeks. Staff friendly and obliging. Not really "up market", but clean and very comfortable with everything we needed.

Very quiet, comfortable stay. Especially liked having a front porch with table, chairs, and fan. Only downside is there are no open beaches or attractions within walking distance, though there are several bars, restaurants, diving supply/ service & general tour operators, and convenience stores very close.

Good price old-fashioned hotel
We took the hotel for one nite as to head for racha island the next day. It is about 800M walk to chalong pier. The hotel is a little bit out-of-fashioned. Facilicy is quite old. Anyway, price is reasonable. Not many guests staying there so it is quiet.

Very good and Very friendly staff!!
The hotel is a very warm place to have holiday, thanks to the staff especially!! It is a bit far from the beach but it is possible to rent a motorbike there for a very chep price. I recommend it to everyone

Great hotel for divers very close to Chalong pier
Very nice environment, pool, staff with an overall good maintenance. Only real dispointment was the breakfast with no fresh fruit, terrible juice, no yoghurt.for this price in Thailand would expect a much better breakfast.

Very Comfy beds
The staff were happy, friendly, helpful and the service was excellent. The location is great, a short walk to the pier and many food places, the food was great. Our room was clean and the pool is only a few steps away. Really couldn't ask for much more. Will definitely be going back.

Cela fait plusieurs séjours sur Phuket que nous faisons et le PGR est notre préféré : Pas de luxe mais un petit bungalow climatisé au milieu d’un superbe jardin exotique, avec une piscine au pied de la terrasse, à 2 pas du débarcadère pour les bateaux… Nina et son équipe font tout pour vous être agréables et ça marche ! Sans hésiter, allez-y !

Süßes Hotel
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und auch alle Mitarbeiter sind mehr als freundlich! Die Anlage ist in einem guten Zustand, es gibt ein kleines Restaurant mit leckeren Gerichten! Wir waren drei Tage dort und haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt ! Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass das Hotel dicht am Hafen ist (für Taucher optimal) aber der nächste Strand nur mit einem Roller oder Taxi zu erreichen ist! Wir hatten uns vom Hotel einen Roller geliehen für 6€ /Tag und haben so die Insel erkundet. Das hat Mega viel Spaß gemacht sollte man sich aber den Verkehr nicht zutrauen und auf ein Taxi angewiesen sein, kann es schnell teuer werden!

Nice staff, nice hotel , nice food., quite, 5 minute walk of the Main Street with all the diving shop and the chalong pear. It's about 45 mn from the airport , it cost 1000 bath by taxi . We have a children of 2 years old... the staff was friendly with him ... they prepare the bed for the baby at our arrival.. the food is god and the breakfast too.. 120 bath for a pad Thai schrimp delicious .. you can also book ferry for koh pi pi direct from the hotel ..... i loved that place , you will love it too ...... great place for family . I forgot ... the pool is really nice...

The hotel staff are friendly, we arrived at mid night and the security guard showed us to our room, the hotel staff has left a note to us to give details on the instructions. The room is a bit aged, but was quite clean.

Området passade oss bra, mindre bra om man inte har egen transport. Väldigt fin pool. Rummen lite slitna men ok. Hårda sänger men personalen ordnade extra madrass så det blev bra. Trevlig personal som gjorde sitt bästa att hjälpa till. Dålig frukost inkluderad. Kommer troligtvis välja något annat boende nästa gång. Vi var där 15 dagar.

Hotellissa parasta on kiva puutarha ja allasalue. Huoneet ovat siistejä mutta jo aika kuluneita. Hotellin ravintolasta saa hyvää ja edullista ruokaa. Aamiainen tosin on suppea ja usein siitäkin osa tuotteista loppui kesken. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä mutta ei kielitaitoista.
