Good location nearly food market and beach. Not enough staff to services. And around hotel darkness. Good room Good facibilities I will go back again.

The Ashlee plaza is a decent place, if you're not trying to spend too much money. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. They have a bar, but you'll rarely find patrons there because the markets right across the street own the food and drink arena around that area. The Ashlee Plaza has a workout area with a couple (literally) of machines, so you can get a quick workout in, but if you're a true gym head, it may be more prudent to simply pay for a few days at the gym down the street. The beds were super stiff, but the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, and you can book all your excursions right in the lobby.

While Reception staff are busy in counter, nobody help to go the room. We didn't know where is the room & in which building. Some Staff should stand by lobby area to help the customers.

Poor management. We booked superior room but were initially provided with small room. Upon checking with the staff again, we were then mived to superior room

this is not a hotel not even a motel . even one star is more for this . terrible place dont waste your valuable time .

dont waste your time and money on this . very rude staff and manager . hotel seems like an attacked place . terrible . believe me the pictures you see is faaaar different from the real thing . hotel view is like a garbage place . check the photos . booked 6 nights there and couldnt stay more than just 1 night .

The hotel double booked our room so we were down graded to a different room with no refund, which was disappointing as we were on our honeymoon and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice room. then in the room we did get the bed was so uncomfortable my partner and I didn't sleep well and woke up sore every day. Also no room service or mini bar as advertised.

Not even close to a 4 star hotel..

The internet was extremely useless, the tv barely worked at all, it was so fuzzy you could not use it. The pool in our building was not available to use (this would have been nice to know prior since we booked a superior suite and Phuket is extremely hot). The room was very average with a very hard bed. 1-2 stars MAX (I also tripped on an unsigned step coming out of the lobby restroom and ripped my toe nail off, staff just looked and did not want to try help as I was very upset)

Super close to the beach. Great location.

Pros: The Location.
Cons: Cleaner rooms. New bedding.
Location: Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and streetfood market.
Great location. No frills. Good for budget travelers or young people in groups who care more about the beach and the nightlife and won't be spending too much time in the room.
