Great views, Amazing staff and close to everythingPosted Nov 23, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, Staff, Breakfast, Pillows on the bed were amazing.
Location: Close to everything, Bangla Road, many bars and eaterys, Parasailing is right across the road on the beach.
Stayed with a friend for 3 weeks in November. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with an amazing view of south beach Patong. The staff were awesome. Nothing was too much trouble and every request was met with a smile. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices, an egg station and fantastic views. I would definately recommend to friends and I will be back to stay here for sure :)

Excellent location lovely hotelPosted Nov 20, 2015
Pros: the pools
Cons: the restaurant
Location: excellent location can walk easily to the noisy bustle but quite and opposite beach - taxis outside all the time
we upgraded at the end of a trip to a suite - which we couldnt fault was fabulous and considering it had its own pool, was enormous - was good value for money and worth the upgrade. Room service menu good value for money - serve same menu at the hotel restaurant which just doesnt do justice to the hotel, the service is adequate and wouldnt bother with it

Price was right but...Posted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: Convenient location, reasonable price.
Cons: Hotel is basically dated and in need of renovation. It reminds me of a highway motel in the States, but on the beach.
Location: Great location across the road from the beach. Being at the south end of Patong Beach, it is far from the central area, but a car helps.
Stayed here during the rainy season, so the beach was not really visited (raining and rough surf). There was free parking, but only about five car spaces, so during high season this could be an issue. The bed was beyond firm, it was very hard. If the room had been carpeted, I might've slept on the floor. Clean. This is basically a three star hotel.

Nice hotel across from the beachPosted Oct 10, 2015
Pros: The day times staffs are very friendly and very helpful, they help us booked all the tours. The ocean views' room was nice with a beautiful views.
Cons: Wi-fi need improvement since I cannot get any signal inside the room unless I'm out on the balcony.
Location: Got a nice little so called bar right around the corner of the street. The famous Bangla road is only about 10 mins walk away.
The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel have a nice comfy van for the airport pick-up and drop-off with a reasonable price. The Wi-fi need an upgrade since I can only get a signal if I'm on the balcony. The hotel have seperate entrance to the main building. Overall is a very nice hotel and right across from the beach.

Worst hotel in my experiencePosted Sep 22, 2015
My experience was terrible, I definitely will never stay the hotel again. On our stay, toilet bowl was stacked. So we called reception and ask to repair. The repairing staff did, but he tried to leave our room without wiping dirty toilet floor - did he want to clean it up by ourselves, customers? And, the next morning, we found the dirty towel had left in front of our room... On the check out, the female staff at the reception demanded with arrogant attitude (yes, it's not "asked" or "requested") for me to pay for insect repellent spray which they put on every room . I rejected her demand as I hadn't use it, then she ordered and forced me to sign the paper which nothing is indicated of this incident. And more, I complained to her when I went out, she shouted back to me with very bad words, including four letter words! What's the hell of the attitude? I can't imagine there is such hotel staff exists, but unfortunately really exists. The experience was more than disappointed. I could recommend the hotel to you only if you want to be treated by any angry and arrogant staffs.

Nice hotel in good locationPosted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: The hotel is well situated for access to the facilities in Patong
Cons: The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but nothing special and the menu for lunch or dinner in the small cafe was very limited.
Location: Immediate access to the beach and only 15 minutes walk from Jung Ceylon or the centre of Patong.
7 nights stay in a superior suite on the 2nd floor that had all that we needed - ocean view (through the inevitable Thai power wiring spaghetti) and beach just across the road plus immediate access to one of the two pools, up a few steps outside the room door. Being in the wet season, the hotel was not full and we generally had the pool to ourselves.

Quality rooms but road noise an issuePosted Sep 6, 2015
Pros: Huge suite rooms & well lit bathrooms with lots of natural light.
Cons: Pool at front of hotel lacks comfortable loungers. Pool towels are micro fibre & useless.
Loved the pool villa suite we had for 5 days. Resort is south of the main beach & a 10-15 minute walk to Bangla Rd. Good quality breakfast but a many breakfast staff have little or no English. Two pools in resort with one being a good lap pool, the other one has no tropical atmosphere at all, the most uncomfortable chairs & foot stool/tables with no cushions, not inviting for guests to want to lounge around for a few hours. Road noise was a real issue for me & resorted to ear plugs.
