DON'T DISREGARD THIS REVIEW! Waste of money!

1) Despite requesting a room away from the main street when we booked, we were put in a room facing a very noisy bar and this was meant to be the nicer “Royal Wing”. The music was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The next day we asked to move and were told the Royal Wing had no quiet rooms as they all face the bar. We were given two options - either downgrade to the Paradise Wing (but would NOT be reimbursed additional costs we’d already paid online) or pay an extra fee per night for the “Deluxe Wing”. We were shown the cheaper room and it was terrible quality
2) We felt forced to upgrade. Our new room however had a speaker in the roof directly outside the door. We endured the same song waking us up at 7am each day. I asked reception staff if the volume could be lowered. The manager was incredibly rude saying it was already low. I explained we’d paid more for this room and not all had speakers outside. He said ‘you are a problem here’, which I was astonished by. He even had the nerve to add, ‘I can turn music up louder if you’d like that’. I've never experienced such foul, childish behaviour
3) Construction work with a concrete jackhammer occurred twice next to pool without warning
5) Paying the room balance at checkout, we were accused of using a condom from the mini bar. We were highly embarrassed! After disputing it, it miraculously appeared! This could seem like a simple error, however we witnessed two other couples accused of taking items they hadn’t then they "found them"
