Thanks for taking the time to review Linda. Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay - I had thought there were family reasons you left. Other guests have made use of the full length mirror provided but I do agree the modern little bathroom is tight. We are blessed with experienced dedicated housekeepers who take pride in their work and I am shocked you found the floor dirty. It would have been good to have that drawn to my attention as we reckon we can eat off them:). There is an outside under cover table and four chairs by the door for the use of guests in that apartment. Many guests enjoy using that option.

Our wifi is unreliable and we have to live with that. We do try to make it clear and our regular business visitors know about it. How was the room William? To be given a score of 2 there must be more to it than wifi surely

Yep it is a bit of an unresolvable problem that we have a Fraser Island pine building and some owners now have that newish lino wood look floors which transmits noise below especially if furniture is moved. For that I can only say sorry as we have been unable to discover a remedy, Freddie at Boat Harbour

Wow I am very sorry. Of course there would/should have been not one but two toilet rolls but I guess housekeeping let one through to the keeper in the seasonal pandemonium. I shall talk to the owner about the gate and thanks for making the point
