“Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!”

“Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. ”

“Our kind host Daniel met us at the door and helped with the luggage. The room was lovely and quiet and in a perfect location, busy and close to the main piazza. Florence is a very walkable city. We felt very safe. Breakfast was served just outside our room, in a cozy sitting area. We chose what we wanted the night before, and were treated to yogurt with fruit and granola, croissants, coffee and tea, juice, and ham and cheese omelets. We loved our stay. “Gorgeous room and unique place to stay. Lovely breakfast served by the welcoming staff and nothing is too much trouble. Only downside was we found it very noisy and not at all sound proofed. If you are a light sleeper take you ear plugs as Florence never stops! ”

“The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.”
