Love the Room Floor PlanPosted Sep 24, 2015
Cons: I was disappointed in the exercise room. Only 2 machines and the treadmill did not work correctly.
Nice room for a larger group. Plenty of space. We have stayed her several times and continue to return to it.

Spacious suitePosted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Convenient location, nice large room
Suite was spacious and well appointed with a large sitting area, a kitchenette and a separate sleeping area. Bed was very comfortable and AC was very quiet. Signs said in the midst of renovation but nothing that we noticed in our area. Breakfast was very average with lots of carbs so we opted for brunch out. Night clerk shared WAY too much personal info but otherwise pleasant.

Nice Place to StayPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: The hot breakfast was superior. Heat/AC was not an obnoxious window unit- it was quiet and worked well. Sleeping area was quiet.
Cons: Parking space was at a premium with a weekend event- probably OK on normal night.
Location: Located near very nice Columbus park and lots of stores and restaurants. Most of Southeast Columbus easily accessed except for rush hour on Route 256
Very nice rooms. Clean with all of the amenities expected. Hot breakfast is super good and people working the breakfast are friendly and helpful. Staying here was a great experience and it is now at the top of my list for places to stay in the Pickerington/Reynoldsberg area.

Short Business TripPosted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: Desk and dining room staff were courteous. The dining room was very clean and well run, good breakfast variety.
Although I have generally had good experiences at Best Westerns, I was disappointed with the "run down" condition of this facility. Much of the furniture and carpeting showed signs of serious wear. The room was generally comfortable but the pull out sofa had an out of order sign on the pull out feature. We had to request a second room after entering a room that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, although the hotel was advertised as all smoke free rooms. Judging by the many trucks parked around the facility, this hotel appears to cater to construction workers, which is fine except for the run down condition.

Disappointing Best Western in PickeringtonPosted Jun 25, 2015 on Hotels
This is an OK place to stay if you need to be in Pickerington. The room, though spacious, had the charm of a rehab prison primarily because of the kind fluorescent bulb in the main fixture. The furniture seemed dated & tired. The frig in the room had no freezer which hampered our blue ice re freezing for our cooler. The hall AC woke us at 6:30 AM sounding like a construction jack hammer. I never saw the breakfast as we had a date with family that morning. The kids seemed happy with it. The elevator went out of service as we were taking the luggage back to the car. Thank God we were only on the 2nd floor. I would not return here. The next time I'm in Pickerington, think I'll check out The Hampton Inn across the street.

We'd stay here again!Posted Jun 24, 2015 on Hotels
Considering this location is undergoing a renovation, there was little impact on us as guests. Loved the kitchenette. We had a room with 2 double beds, but the room arrangement was a bit quirky - you walked into the room with the beds and the sitting room was at the back.
