My room was NOT cleaned.. used soap in the bathroom, used wash cloth hanging in shower, toliet filthy, beds had HAIR all over sheets and blanket.. Just a mess.

Cons: Cleaner carpets.......our room had stains on it. The entrance door stuck, so was hard to open and very noisy for nearby guests.
Location: Location was great. Close to highway and near to Easley.
Decent place.......good location for what we needed.

Either too hot or too cold

Cons: temp
Location: great location
Room was either too hot or too cold, window ac was not enough to keep it a comfortable level.

Everything was relatively great. There was only 3 minor areas that we were displeased with. 1)The side door would not let us in from the outside with our room key so we had to walk around,go thru lobby,come around and open it from inside.We were not told there was a problem with door untill we got inside to go upstairs to room.2)the water fountains in hallway did not work.3)Even though the channel for TV was listed on the directory,it was not available.

Pleasant staff, but too many problems

Although the staff was very nice, the room was not clean, the wifi constantly shut off, the TV did not work until the second evening, and the door handle was broken on the bathroom. When the door handle was replaced, it was put on backwards, with the lock on the outside! The floor above us was very noisy. The staff stated they could do nothing about my complaints, the site I booked through would have to address them. Really??I would not stay here again.
