Okay hotel close to the river.

Good location close to the park. Easy to find. Continental breakfast was okay.

Very clean room in older hotel. Great Italian restaurant on one side, McDonald's on the other. Hotel is older but pretty well kept up. Nothing fancy.

Hotel room 136 needs some work

Pros: Available, close to where I needed to go for business meetings.
Cons: Fix the above mentioned items.
Location: Excellent location.
The black plastic rubber at the bottom of the door has come off in the middle and it drags. The fan in the bathroom has signs of mold. The fire sprinkler head above the shower head shows signs of rust. The room is dark, only the overhead lights above the bed and the lights above the sink. Need an extra lamp near the other door.

Glad you took time to review, housekeeping mention the door and that was fixed right away.we are waiting for more sprinkler heads and the fan was dusty but has been cleaned. thank you.

Customer service was a joke. We booked this room with a pet friendly hotel because we travel with a cat, but when we checked in, she asked if we had a pet dog. We said no, we have a cat. Oh, we don't take cats. Then you should have listed that on your site I said. Anyway, she got the manager. Found out he seen this booking come across on his computer so reserved a room for us. I booked a king and got 2 queens. Shower sucked as they had a liquid soap, it was like taking a shower with a hand sanitizer. Never again at this place!!!

Room was very large compared to what I expected. When using the pool/hot tub you do have to be very careful as it is tile floor & very slippery.
