TVs need updating
Hotel is convenient, clean and staff was friendly but our tv didn’t work so they moved us to another room and although the tv worked, picture was not good.

Amenities were nice in the Executive Suite. House keeping was lacking. The restroom was not cleaned, otherwise the room was tidy. Equipment in the fitness center needs maintenance or replacement. The water tank in the fitness center was empty. Public restroom was filthy, although maybe I checked it out between cleanings. Yikes.

The hotel was great. When we asked about the pool and the hot tub we were told it was currently closed. Right away they upgraded us to the executive suite with a private hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome breakfast
The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very clean. The breakfast bar has a great variety, the area was well maintained and the staff working in that area were amazing! We arrived right before they were suppose to close and they didn’t rush us. There is so much to choose from and the whole breakfast room was immaculate.

Overall the hotel was average. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a disaster, should have asked to change rooms for health and safety reasons. There was mold on the ceiling where it had been patched in several places. It looked like spray paint was used to try and cover it up. This is probably due to the fact that the fan didn't work very well at all. The sink in the bathroom was cracked in several places and glued back together. The toilet ran for a half hour or so after every flush. The pool and jaccuzi were filthy, absolutely would not go in them.

Always a good breakfast
Teton offered a excellent breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was very good. The cinnamon rolls came out nice and fluffy and warm. A very excellent experience for a breakfast. The room is very clean and the charging station for the phone cord was right next to the table making it convenient. I had no issues with my stay.

The rooms weren’t that clean - lots of hair in the tub/floor of bathroom. Door to laundry room was open and a mouse ran across the room.
