"Hard to fault the Lakeside location, room, facilities, service and food in this lovely hotel (as you would expect given its status). Our room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was comprehensive and enjoyable on the roof terrace. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the experience and tasting menu. But the best bit was the staff who were unfailingly attentive and friendly."

"Loved this hotel in the picturesque village of Saas-Fee! Loved the bath robes, breakfast, and clean, airy space. I greatly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately, I had intended to book a hotel in Zermatt and didn't know that lots of hotels in Switzerland are called Schweizerhof--that's my fault not theirs, but just be aware. It's quite far from Zermatt but the village itself is worth exploring."
