“The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great . ”

“We had a great time staying here for the 2026 Spring Rod Run! It was perfect for our needs and extremely convenient. It is central location to shopping, restaurants, and the Leconte Center. We had a car inside at the car show, and it was a very short walk to it! Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy this beautiful place!”

“We appreciated that the listing was pet friendly. Since we realized somewhat last minute that we needed to bring our dog. The space was comfortable, but could have been cleaner. There was trash (food wrappers) under the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and the bottom bunk beds on both sets had broken slats/broken supports. I contacted the host about it on the first night and was told maintenance would fix it next day. They did not. I was offered a partial refund, which I accepted and appreciated. ”

“Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!”

“Location is ideal and convenient. BUT the bed linens were nasty. Both beds had dirty sheets, with hair (including pubic) and dirty spots on them. We stayed 5 nights and there wasn’t enough towels/washcloths provided (4 each). We had to wash them during our stay to have enough, which was not ideal while on a vacation. Needless to say this wasn’t a very pleasant time with all things considered. ”

“The shampoo dispenser’s button in the hallway bathroom was broken, the dispenser as a whole was empty. The first bedroom’s lamp in the back corner, furthest from the door, would not turn on. Everything else was fantastic! Relatively quiet save normal city noise, but that was still decently muffled! Overall we had a great stay, exactly what we needed! Thank you so much!”
