I was not given the room that I reserved. No sofa bed and it was booked so they couldn’t switch us. The breakfast was not as pictured on the website. It was not good at all. No selection. The pictures made it look like a buffet. Way off! Bland and undercooked.

We serve scrambled eggs , sausage, biscuits and gravy, 2 types of hot cereal , 2 types, cold cereal, yogurt , fresh fruit, danish , bagels with cream cheese , milk , juice not to mention our make your own waffles. We try to provide our guest with great service also. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Great hotel nice pool and hot tub! This place was under construction so it was difficult to get to different places at the hotel but all staff was great

After reading the reviews I was scared to stay here. But it was actually a good stay. I just wish we were informed that we wouldn’t have a jetted tub like the booking site said we would. Over all. The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly. We liked our room. And housekeeping staff was wonderful

Indoor pool was appropriate temp, not freezing. Indoor hot tub was nice and warm. Staff friendly, rooms are dated but clean.

Very disappointed that we were skipped for maid service on our last day. It really sucked to come back to a dirty room, unmade bed, towels on the floor and trash cans filled. We got an apology and that was all. For a Quality Inn I found this unacceptable. Also it would have been nice if could have warned us they were re renovating. Very sorry i stayed here and will rethink my whole “always stay at Quality Inn” mantra. We paid for 5 nights and were treated quite poorly

This property is under renovation and they are cramming everyone in building B. Beds were very uncomfortable, hallway so noisy at night you couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was same everyday and not very much to choose from. Definitely not worth what we paid for 3 nights. We will not be returning.

Thank you for taking our survey. We have 62 rooms in building B and would not be any different if our property was full. Our breakfast is the same every day that is why we offer a big variety of breakfast items. We offer Eggs, Sausages, Biscuits, Gravy, 2 hot cereals,2 cold cereals, Milk, Juice, 2 fresh fruits, Toast, Danishes, Bagels with cream cheese, English Muffins, not to mention our make your own waffles. We put our guest in building B away from the renovation. We would hope you would come back to see our rooms.

Everything worked out well. They are doing a little construction, but they were pretty quiet. The breakfast crew was really nice and kept the area clean.

Was there for 4 nights. Was just going to stay 3 but decided to stay one more night. We was staying on ground floor in a suite with jeted tub and fireplace and couch. But after I payed for the exit night. They tell us we have to change rooms. To the second floor. I ask y and they said they was working on the rooms. They was working on some of the rooms but on the 4th and 5th floor. Not the first floor. Anyway we had to move to second floor but the room we got on second floor was not a suite it was a regular room. We was not in a regular room. We was in a suite. I call down to the office and it took 45 mins to get Jason who was working front desk to answer. So if u stay here. U might have to change rooms if u stay a extra night and it might not be the the suite that u had and pay for.

Thank you for taking our survey. We are sorry you are unhappy with your stay. We did everything we could do to make it good for your granddaughter. We are under renovation and moved a lot of stuff around and put off the renovation on the room you requested for your granddaughter room 7113. We had no rooms on the first floor when you wanted to stay over. The floor had no water. This was already scheduled. Normally we would have not moved you. Thank you for your understanding.

Elevator always smelled of smoke but was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable for what we paid, furnace smelled awful when ran, so we kept it off. Good thing we were on the 4th floor so default it was already warm due to other floors we didn’t have to run it but the one night. Our room was turned by the maids everyday, except our towels were always tossed to the side, even when we placed them in the tub to be removed. They would be left in the room. We were there for 5 days. On the end of the second day we realized it said at the 3rd day they would be taken and replaced. On the third day, They were not taken. They were still left and not taken, our trash wasn’t taken, we had fresh towels placed on our bed though. I had to call down to have our room taken care of. Breakfast bar was decent. Would be nice if they changed out sausage to bacon occasionally to change it up. But it always had the same things everyday. Would be nice if they offered regular water. I couldn’t have the beverages offered, so I had to wait to drink water until I got back to my room, but otherwise was nice. Pool was cold, but hot tub was nice. Seen staff cleaning it daily, so that was a plus. Everyday looked to be checking chemicals and cleaning in the morning. Restocking fresh linens. More than most places. Just would have been nice if the room cleanings would have been nicer and not have been stunk out in the elevators.

This property is right in the middle of all the city has to offer. The staff was friendly(desk, breakfast and houskeeping). The room was clean and pool area was very nice as well. Its seems this property is very busy so the staff and management must be top notch.

Meh - don’t recommend
This hotel is tired!!! The layout is horrible- no lobby area and breakfast room is small and way too crowded. The front desk staff is mediocre at best. Do not recommend. It looks NOTHING like the photos on website.

This is a budget friendly option close to all the action. Breakfast was good and included biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, and eggs and several other options. Clean location but hotel is dated and in need of some repairs. We were told they had renovations planned soon. It would be nice to have drink machines inside the building that would take card payments as many don’t carry cash anymore. Would stay again.
