Hotel close to the fire dept.

The hotel was a disappointment. Between the fire dept next door to the staff that is right outside your door early in the morning talking very loudly. The hotel definitely needs a renovation. Staff was friendly though!

Our location, in close proximity to the fire and police station, occasionally does make it bothersome for light sleepers. We would also instruct the housekeeping team to be softer. Ok stay

Pros: Location
Cons: Updating the rooms would go a long way.
Location: Great location to explore Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. Very family oriented.
The staff is very friendly. The rooms needs updating. The sink and tub were stained and the towels were dingy. We found a roach on the wall (the staff was very accommodating) they resprayed the room and were very apologetic. The bed was not very comfortable. If you stay in the winter time, bring extra blankets or request extras from them (the ones on the bed were very thin).

Roach invested

Very dirty with apparent roaches. Gave me the wrong type room vs. Reservation. Wiring in room looked like a fire hazard. Pictures on your site do not much actual rooms.

Spend two days sight seeing and enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains. Great hiking trails.

Comfortable bed!

Pros: Bed and TV! Also the location was good.
We enjoyed our motel room. It was comfortable with a good size flat screen TV. The bed, we had a king size and it was great! Nice size fridge and microwave. Coffee was left in oom each day, along with replacing used towels with fresh ones. The only bad thing was the breakfast. There were very few items to choose from and the space was too small with 5 or 6 tables. We never went back to the breakfast room after our first morning.

Roach motel

Motel run down only stayed because my regular motel had no vacancy. I will not stay there again I would rather sleep in my car.

Accessible

A little problem with rooms being accessible to handicapped people. Unable to get wheel chair into bathroom. Tub was not able to fit a shower chair in tub without half in half out. Was able to make it work. Overall the stay was nice and would stay there again.

Room was ok but needed updating.

Bathtub was cracked in bottom although it did not leak. The room was next to restaurant - which was excellent- but we could hear outside noise.
