This is the perfect hotel for a trip to Pigeon Forge. It was very convenient to dining, attractions and the Ripken complex. The breakfast options were good. I highly recommend!

The property was very nice on the outside. But, the room smelled musty. The pillows are tiny and uncomfortable and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. I did enjoy the view of the mountains and the mountain coaster of miniature golf outside the room. The breakfast was very good and plenty of food. I would stay again if beds and pillows were more comfortable.

We loved the new putt putt and activities noted next door. Will definitely plan to use those in the future. Would suggest checking out the mattresses in the units. Some updating of the mattresses would be all we could suggest; they were super hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The bed wasn’t made when we entered our room. The dirty bed linen was piled up near the TV. Staff were quick to address the issue, but it ought not to have happened in the first place.

Only thing I didn't like was only one entrance in an out. One was blocked off maybe because the payment from road to parking lot needs to be smoother, to much of a dip for low riding cars.

Property was perfectly located for us. It was clean, but starting to show some wear. The only disappointing thing was that there is only maid service every other day of you stay. If you want clean towels you have to gather up the dirty towels, take them down to the front desk and ask for more. You also have to make your own bed while on vacation. LOL

Property was nice and looked clean. The room appeared really clean but the bathroom floor was sticky. Friendly staff; however, we got a knock on the door at 10:55 pm waking us up to deliver a pillow and blanket neither of us had asked for.

Everything was perfect my my husband's and my 3-night honeymoon. I loved the heated indoor pool, but it was cloudy, not crystal clear as it should be. The fireplace in the room was a nice idea, but had no choice of flame color, so it was set as a faint blue (like a poor mix of gas and oxygen). Also, there was no setting to turn off the heat so it would heat the room too warm to sleep comfortably. We could not use it. The thermostat was permanently heat set at 70 degrees which is pretty warm for us to sleep well also. Air conditioner was preset at 76 degrees. One must call the desk for any housekeeping needs as you didn't see a housekeeper even to add empty bags to the small wastebaskets and remove the full ones. Like I said, our stay was 3 days. The refrigerator was cold, the TV was large and clear. If you neglect to read the print, it is a smoke free property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. One WILL receive a non negotiable fine of $250 for smoking a mere 1 cigarette, and you may be accused of smoking marijuana by someone uneducated in the fragrance of such a smoke. No empathy. No excuses, no exceptions. Totally obnoxious.
