We booked 3 nights with breakfast included. Received 1 breakfast voucher per person per night. Had breakfast buffet day one but the other 2 days we were allowed to choose only 1 item off the menu which wasn't the same as eating unlimited at buffet.

Hotel was close to everything in Pigeon Forge

Pros: The staff at the front desk were very friendly and did everything they could to improve our stay.
Cons: Better communication between all staff. Possibly management stepping in to try and help.
Room and bathroom were dirty. When we told staff at the front desk before we left they said it would be taken care of before we returned. Upon are return nothing had been taken care of. We tried to call down to the front desk and found out that our phone didn't even work. My husband walked down and soon a housekeeper came,took the coffee maker away to clean it and was told the phone was not working. When he returned with it he asked if I would like the bathroom cleaned I told him yes and told him again that the phone did not work . He never returned to take care of the dirty bathroom or the broken phone. We will not be staying here again.

A nice hotel with a big new lobby and dated rooms.

Pros: Close proximity to Dollywood.
They invested money into the lobby and forgot about updating the rooms and the corridors. Rooms were clean but needed updating.

The lobby and the hotel appearance was beautiful But the rooms the hallways they all needed work the refrigerator in our room made some kind of crazy noise that kept us up all night the beds are un comfortable. it look dingy. Pool was gross

Nice hotel close to many attractions

This hotel is located near the center of the scenic parkway with walking distance to many amusement venues. There is also a trolley stop steps from the hotel entrance. the room is clean and quite. Made to order breakfast is very good. The hotel has a small arcade as well as a swimming pool.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing. I left my son's IPad and was called before getting on highway so their honesty speaks volumes. I'll be back. They are and was appreciated by my family and I.

Will not stay here again

Room are very outdated. Only two electrical outlets in the room. Outlet extenders and extension cords going all which ways. No place to charge computers or cell phones. Bathroom is run down and looks dirty the hot water was tepid at best. Way over priced.

Room was less than nice

The lobby was beautiful!! Then we got into the room. Not so nice. Beds were old and you could feel every spring. Step off the elevator by our room an there was all kinds of maintenance stuff thrown in the hallway. This stuff had been there a while. Both the room and the hallway had a funky musty oder as well.

The food was good

The place was nice at first glance but when you started looking it wasn't so pretty. The lobby had a lot of missing ceiling tiles from obvious water damage. The plug in our tub didn't work so my mom couldn't take a bath and then there was a giant hole in the bottom of our tub. They had covered it up with a giant sticker that looked like a bath mat. If the mat was gone your entire foot could have fit through the hole. We had to straddle the hole when taking showers for fear of falling g through. The food at the restaurant was good. We went to dinner there once and breakfast a few times. For breakfast we had a waitress named Sherry and she was the best thing about the place. She was super friendly and nice.
