The hotel was great for what we needed. The check in process was easy and the lady that checked us in was friendly even thonit was really late when we arrived. The room was small but we were expecting that considering we booked last minute and had limited rooms available to choose from. The bed was clean, the linens smelled fresh, and the mattress was soft. The only complaint, if you can even call it that, was that the room was cold when we arrived. However, we did book late and arrived late, the heater had the room warmed up in about 20 minutes and kept the room at a comfortable temperature until we checked out. We will definitely stay here again as it is close to many of the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the service amd cleanliness were great.
The hot tub was super clean! I brought cleaner, but barely had to do any work to make it up to a good standard. The water got super hot in it, but the shower water was not very hot. The ice machine also didn’t work. Overall a good stay in a great area right across from The Island
