The hotel was in a great location so that we walked to most places. They were in the middle of doing upgrades so the old furniture was thrown in the parking lot taking up several spaces but we were able to find parking in the lot across the back street with no problem. We only stayed one night and for the price the room was acceptable. Would recommend if only going for a quick 1-2 night getaway.

The property was a great location. The staff very friendly. The rooms were clean but could use some fresh paint. The hotel rooms were being renovated so there were PILES of old furniture in the parking lot and boxes in the hallways to be put into the rooms. The elevator ceiling was falling down and unsafe and the pool looked murky. First impressions were bad.

The floors were disgusting. The sheets and sink and shower clean. Needs desperately updated. The staff weee very helpful. Nice location for convenience in pigeon forge.

The rooms were disgusting. Didn’t look to be touched in months. Dust everywhere. They are upgrading and there is so much crap outside the hotel. Looks like a sore thumb. After we called downstairs and Expedia two of their employees came to the room to “confront” us. It was very unprofessional and I guess they were trying to intimidate us. We ended up under the assumption we were going to be reimbursed for one of the 2 nights we booked and the deposit back. 7 days later still have not received either from hotel or Expedia. Im not happy with either place right now

hotel recently bought out and was in the process of a remodel however they were throwing old furniture everywhere not safe at all. desk staff was very rude and very unprofessional and likes to cuss at the customers of which i have proof and a video of. what once was an. all american family hotel is now long gone and in the past

Trash all over parking area, the floor in our room was very sticky. Shoes stuck to floor when walking and bare feet black when showering. Heavy equipment emptying dumpsters during the night. Elevator poor repair and very dirty. Under major construction. Scum and hair in jacuzzi. Shower broken and unsightly gobs of silicone in corners/cracks.
