The room was nice and staff was overall good. We had no microwave and after a few reminders they got us one. The cable TV was out in the room. They tried to fix it but couldn't. They couldn't get a technician out until we had already left. They did refund us one night's rate and we left a day early.

We were overall very uncomfortable with this location. The staff were very unwelcoming. I wasn't bothered with it at first but as we walked through the office then up the stairs to our room, my girlfriend was stared at by every member of the staff and every customer hanging over the railings outside their room as they played loud music. Once in our room, the bed sheets were old and dirty. The room had an off smell to it. The faucet in the bathroom did not have a steady flow. It was as if something was clogging the middle of the faucet and the water trickled out the edge of the faucet. The shower was dirty as well. We went into Gatlinburg for the next few hours and decided we didn't want to spend a night at this location. Upon our return, the entire staff was congregated outside and when I gave them a friend smile and head nod, I was met with stares. Very unwelcoming. We checked out early. Expedia tried to get me a refund since I was only there for a few hours and the location turned me down because of their own policies. I would never stay here again or in Pigeon Forge in general.

Our room had recently been renovated and it was wonderful. The bathroom had a walk-in tile shower, the vanity, flooring and ceiling had all been updated. They were very accommodating to our motorcycles by letting us park in front of the office. It was a wonderful place to stay. The only suggestions I would leave would be to try to turn up the water pressure on the vanity sink in room 101 and add a hairdryer. I had forgotten mine so I had to get up 2 hours early to wash my hair so it could air dry because it was cool on a bike. We would definitely stay again.
