Comfortable and Friendly

Posted Dec 12, 2017
Pros: View, staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast
Cons: I didn't need a bunch of coupons for area attractions. It is a minor part for me only, but unnecessary for me.
Location: Next to the Christmas Place which is where I enjoy shopping.
I enjoyed the stay. Loved the outdoor fire pit and the view on the river was very pleasant.

Staff are all so friendly. Rooms are clean & cozy. Breakfast buffet is a great perk. Location is central to so much. Look no further! Picture is sitting out by the large fire pit.

Nice hotel close to activities in Pigeon Forge.

Posted Nov 27, 2017
Pros: Freindly and couteous staff, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and facility.
Cons: HVAC units could stand to updated. Better WIFI.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, Dollywood, shows and museums and nature and outdoor activities.
We spent 4 nights here over Thanksgiving weekend. This hotel was conviently located in Pigeon Forge to all the activities and restaurants. The room was a bit small, but very clean. We enjoyed our balcony looking over the river a lot. The HVAC was very noisy and cycled on and off constantly and the free WIFI was very slow. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby was wonderful. We enjoyed the lovely double sided fire place while playing checkers and other complimentary board games. There were two small heated pools (indoor and outdoor). We did not use them, but the children seemed to be enjoying them.

One Big thing Missing

Posted Nov 17, 2017
Don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel. indoor and out door pool and indoor hot tub. rooms are nice, riverside balconies are nice. Staff is outstanding. But in my king bed room there was just a very uncomfortable pull out loveseat. Not even a backed chair or a desk chair that one finds in most all hotel rooms. Couldn't find a comfortable place to sit. Great location, Good Staff, Clean room, but for what I paid per night I expect at least one comfortable place to sit.

Nice Hotel and convenient to many attractions.

One of the many things we liked was the lobby. We spent our evenings setting by the fireplace and relaxing after our day of site seeing. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of room to sit and eat. Staff were wonderful, from the people at the reception fest to staff that cleaned our rooms and prepared our meals. Would definitely recommend you to try them out. You won’t be disappointed.
