Rundown Truck Stop Motel

I had a two night stay. Initially my key card didn't work so I had to go back and have them code it again. The room smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke and mold (it was a "non-smoking room"). There was evidence of water damage to the walls in the area around the sink which was all scratched up. The room seemed clean though and I just needed a place to sleep so I stayed.
The next night when I came back to my room around 11:30am I found that my key didn't work. So I went back to the front desk and found out that you have to renew your key every day. When I got into my room I found that my brand new water bottle, which I had left in the small refrigerator was stolen. I told the night manager but instead of giving me a replacement he just told me I would have to report it to the day manager. I was exhausted and when I got into my room I just wanted to go to sleep. But there was an 18 wheeler parked outside of my room with the engine running. After about half an hour I realized that it would likely be running all night. I called the night manager about it but he had no clue as to who owned the truck and was not any help. I then asked to have my room moved and he was able to give me a room with twin beds in it far from the running truck.
