Room was nice enough, but a bathroom plumbing issue made our stay largely uncomfortable. The P-trap under the vanity sink had a hole in the bottom of it allowing water to leak out and flood the floor. Had to kneel on side the bath to use the tub faucet to wash face and to use toothbrush Very uncomfortable for an elderly couple. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helped as much as she could by bringing towels to spread on the floor, but it seems that there should have been a maintenance person on duty or at least on call to attend to major plumbing issues such as the one we had which seriously impacted the quality of our stay.

overall the stay was ok for the purpose, we had a wedding to go to. Our room however had an ac unit that could not be turned off, so we were pretty cold the whole time. We told the maid who promised to let maintenance know to shut iot off but that never happened.

Bathtub had mildew. Pet fee of $100 when it says $75 everywhere. Breakfast was decent, tea selection was nice. Beds were like lying on concrete, though concrete may have been more comfortable.

The person who checked us in confused us with someone else and gave us the wrong room. So, instead of a king bed we were in two queens which is difficult with a toddler who rolls out of the bed. The three of us can’t sleep in a queen bed. They figured out they gave us the wrong room but never offered us the right one.

The motel was in need of an upgrade. Could not connect to the internet. The closet door came off of the wall (it had three previous holes where it had been attached before.) The bathtub did not drain very well. (It took a long time.) Could have been cleaner. On a positive note, the night desk clerk was very kind and helpful.
